    Claimed to be fraud department of TRUIST bank. Texted a code to my cell and wanted the code. Said they were going to cancel my card and issue a new one. Called TRUIST bank directly and they had no record of calling and fraudulent charges were coming in which they declined. Had to then cancel my card.

    This is a scam caller. Although they identify themselves as Truist Fraud Protection, they are the opposite. They will ask for you to provide them pins texted to your phone so they can disconnect your device from your online banking and log in for themselves. They will then attempt to zelle themselves thousands of dollars. Do not pick up!
