The company is calling from Nebraska but that doesn't mean the debt came from Nebraska or that u live in Nebraska.

I've tried ignoring the calls. Blocked them. But still shows on my Call list.theykeep calling over a year.

Dont be paying nothing. If its REAL they dont call. They send letters and or they will come to you. Dont fall for the [***].

They call in the morning.  They never say anything and hang up almost immediately.  Very annoying.  I just blocked them.

Calls every day, several times a day, & never leaves a message!!

They call me 6-8 times a day..sometimes a guy with a heavy foreign accent talks but i don't know what he's saying and sometimes i just hear breathing then they hang up on me. Been going on 7 days a wk  over 2 mths now

Talked they asked my name. I told them i dont have debt and they cant call me without a reason. She terminated call after saying there was a reason. Idk.

Well from all the comments on this number it sounds like I'm in for one he'll of a ride or maybe they are in for one he'll of a ride. Ha ha ha LOL 😆!  ILL HAVE TO TAKE A DIFFERENT APPROACH  THAN ALL YAW TOOK. MAYBE I CALL THEM 20 TES A DAY.  AND GIVE THEM CUDOS  AND PRAISE THEM ON WHAT GOOOD WORK THERE DOING AN ASK FOR A ADRRESS SO I CAN SEND THEM A TIP. CALLING AND HARRASING ME WILL GET U MOTHING BUT A GOOD TIME.  ILL TJINK ON THIS A WHILE AN COME UP WITH SOMETHING GOOD.

Calls 3x a day and doesn’t say anything

Contact your states attorney general and file a complaint listing how many times they call etc. and that you have paid this already. Give them as much info as you can, tell them you have proven to them it is paid, asked them to quit calling and tell them that in your opinion it is harrasment or fraud since they are trying to get you to pay again. The attorney generals office should look over your case and contact  them and force them to stop. I had to do this with Bank of America a few years ago and got a call from the CEO apologizing.

I doubt that "Nicola" will be able to use anything you posted 12 years later (Yes, it is very clear that she posted in 2010).

Looks like this outfit is now part of the EOS criminal organization and that they were also bought out by another company.  I will have to rework my report to reflect all of this.

Call them and tell them you are writing a letter to the local BBB and the states attorney general to have them investigated for what they are doing.  You actually have to write those 2 letters, then the states attorney general will actually investigate them and I guarantee they will apologize and stop caling.

The BBB is a useless, worthless, toothless entity.  As far as the State AG goes, every one of them has a working website where you can file complaints.  That also goes for the FTC and the CFPB.  The people that you should be writing a letter two would be the debt collector. That was previously discussed in this thread several times.  One other thing.  Why do you think that your poor advice will be useful to that person who clearly posted here in 2013.  Do you really think that they will stop back after 9 years and still be getting calls?

I get a call from this number a couple times a day sometimes but there's nothing on the other end. I have a Google phone and if I send it to screen caller they just hang up. I have yet to get an explanation or even hear anyone on the other end of the line.

For almost 2 years now this greedy law firm has been dialing my number and I'm extremely sick of it. 3 to 4 times an hour and sometimes every hour on the hour and every day.
Albeits I've blocked this number, it still shows up on my call list and they don't leave voicemail messages either. Someone needs to enforce the fact that this law firm WILL cease and desist. Enough is enough with relentless illegal harassment and its time to convict these companies of violation of both peace and privacy since they've given personal details they have no right to have without consent!

This is a debt collector and not a law firm.  Your problem could have been very easily solved with a simple cease and desist communications letter sent certified, return receipt mail.  Here, I even found their address for you:
