Yes they certainly are!!!!!!! Way upset me but now I know not to do ANYTHING about it! Somehow they knew about our transactions, date of birth & where we live. Thing is that we don't have a credit card! And they said we owed $760.83. Some place in India they are probably working out of. Never met an Indian person name Nick. Don't fall for this!

Got a cold call from a Ryan (800-265-8825 extension 55651).  Said I owed money on a Paypal Card.  Of course, I never had a Paypal card or any dealings with the bank he said issued it.  I played along for a while.  He got my address wrong (in another zip code), my email was not even close, and my date of birth off by a generation.  He gave me a website and account number so I could pay online.  I asked him to do something for me.  I told him to stick his head up his [***] and see if it fits.  He calls bank the next day and I tell him to go to hell.

So I have been dealing with a Scott Hambrack Atlantic Credit. 1-800-265-8825. Re: Atlantic Credit. I have been paying this company. I upped my payment, and then last month after getting a letter saying how they are going to take out my payment on 21st, and ever since I have left message after message because after a week I still have not had my payment taken out. I just don't get? The number on my letter is different, but when I call that number it gives me a totally different company. Any help, I would appreciate it.

This is a phone number look-up site. What help do you think anyone here can give? Have you contacted your financial institution and asked if they have other contact information for this company?
