THEY CALLED AND WHEN THE ASK FOR ME BY NAME I SAID THIS IS HER,THEY HUNG UP. THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING MY CELL PHONE

They have called my office almost eveery day for 2 months looking for one of my employees who is not in a job where a phone will reach them.  I have advised them of this every time.  I have threatened to contact NYPD and NYS Attorney General's Office and yte they just called again today.  Despite annoying me, doesn't this violate my employee's privacy?  Why would they think this person wants their manager knowing about their debts?

Tina, thnx for the detailed help information!  Unfortunately, I receive a call just about daily from the 800-318-8323 number also.  However, I do not owe anyone any money, and I have never used One Click Cash, ever...and NEVER will.  I wish that they would just die so I don't have to be bothered by the harrassing calls.

Check em out on the BBB.com website by name of one click cash. They have a F ranking, hum go figure.

This conmpany and a couple others keep calling me. I have never gotten a payday loan and never will. I do know i had my identity stolen before. i wonder if it is frm that. I dont answer and they dont leave a message.

i was so stupid as to get a loan   they raided my checking account  i had to close it   no mailing address available for them....       weird   and sttttttttttooooooooooooooopid to use them

This company are calling ever day. They call a company I do not work for anymore. They have spoken to people and told them I will be arrested. THEY LIE AND TELL EMPLOYEES AT THIS COMPANY THAT I OWE THEM MONEY. They call me early late anytime they want. They even say they are police officers. Let all get together and do a class action law suite against this people. They are braking the law and dont care.

Don"t feel alone, did the same thing but NEVER EVER again, this company or any other.   Re: my chkg account so grateful my bank worked with me to keep them out of it but not till until they raided my and caused over the top amount of fees.  Like you said......SO STUUUUUUUUUUUPID

this means that if YOU live in one of these states  and ONE CLICK CASH gave you a LOAN after the BAN went into effect - THEY CANNOT COLLECT IT - they are operating illegally and cannot give PAYDAY loans to anyone in these states.

you are absolutely correct. This is against the law in my state, Maryland.  They now they are breaking the law that is why when you call back at this number they answer by saying Hi this is Lucy, or Mark or whoever at that time, but never address the telephone call as hi thanks for calling One Click Cash.  It is my understanding that they cant put it on your credit either beacuse they are using unlawful practices.  Any one out ther, please stay so far away from this company.  They are very dangerous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One click cash is trying to charge me 120 dollars every two weeks on a 400 dollar payday loan i got. that doesnt even take off my principal, that a "refinance" fee everytime two weeks i dont pay off my little loan. they are a joke. I paid 240 and closed my acct so they could hit me again. that was 6 months ago now they call me and hang up. when i call them back they say i owe the 1200 dollars for 6 months of refinance fees. one month they are located in california the nevada and now they say theyre in oklahome....they aint getting another dime of my money except the 200 i owe. screw them.

I am getting calls for OCC which i just found out stands for one click cash , I have never used them and they keep calling me for someone else they have called me 48 times in the last 2 weeks finally today i called back and yelled at them to stop harrassing me they were so rude somebody has got to do something to stop them this is way out of hand

this number is suppose to be one click cash but the number in my phone for them is different so what should i do about it

I used them by mistake, they had access to my checking account, they STOLE over 900 dollars, I had to close the account. I filled bankruptcy, and told them. Yet they still call multiple times a day!

I keep getting calls at my work from this company and I have told them over and over not to call anymore. They are looking for my brother.

This company contacts my place of business typically twice a day, and as soon as I answer they hang up .... How do they expect to get anywhere IF they are calling for a legitimate reason??  After Googling their #, 800.318.8323 and reading the comments left on this forum, I could feel my blood pressure rise ...

I called the # back and let the foreigner have it.  The individual they are trying to reach no longer works here and hasn't for quite some time.  He said he was calling with regard to the former employee's application.  

I am curious, though if this company is affiliated with US Fast Cash - which appears UFC REC on Caller ID .... They also call here, and it's back to back with the 800.318.8323 call.  Such a waste of COMPANY time ....

They (800.318.8323) call a few times a week . Other #s I get calls from a few times a week are 918-442-0301 & 800-450-0753.  Sometimes they leave a message saying "This is a important message for "some ficticious person", please call back to the #.  They also sometimes send text messages.  I never took a loan out from them.  They must be looking for someone else .  When they leave a message they are asking for someone I never heard of.   When I answer and its them they never say anything.
Thats ok their phone # keeps appearing on the phone bills so I have records of their calls . I also have the recorded messages.   I'll be sueing them for harassment soon enough

This company has called me more than four times asking for some other person. I've had my phone number for over 10 years and I've repeatedly told them not to call me again but they continue to everyday. Since I have told them not to call, and I am on the National Do Not call list, can I charge them with telephonic harassment?

I get calls from this number every single day at work, for a couple months now.  They hang up as soon as I say hello.  I call the number back and ask them to remove my number from their calling list and every single time they tell me my number is not on their call list......well obviously it is! I just dont get it.  What is the use in calling and hanging up as soon as I answer the phone???!!!???
