Had another call today from this number, asking for the employee referenced in my June 18 note (see above).

After politely explaining (again) that the employee left in December of 2011, the lady said thank you and disconnected the call.

Leslie, cut the crap... Anyone that does payday loans are scammers. They loan you 100 dollars and you end up paying back 300. You must work for them... Dont call or take out loans with Pay Day loan companies... Word from the Wise

Another call from them, but this time no one on the other end of the line.  After a few moments repeating my greeting, the call disconnected.

If you filed bankruptcy and hopefully you included the debt you owe them, tell your attorney. After you file creditors have to stop all contact with you and abide by whatever the court orders. If they do not stop, then your attorney should discuss suing them.

I made the mistake of getting a $250 payday loan and ended up paying back at least $700 before I wised up and closed my account. Now they are calling my ex boyfriend and are being rude to him.  They have resorted to telling him that this was a family matter and was he going to take a message or not. When asked who they were they stated "are you going to take a message or not." Well, duh don't you have to leave a name when you are leaving a message for someone to call you back.  They have also called my work and I left harrassing messages for me.  I am ready to put my name on a class action lawsuit just tell me when and where to be and I will be there

Hey here is a bright idea why don't all of us who have been screwed over by this OCC start sending Montel Williams emails and ask him to pay back these supposed payday loans.  Since he speaks so highly of this company.  Any takers?  If I knew how to get a hold of Mr. Williams I would be very polite and tell him that he should be a spokesperson for a more reputable company and save his name, which used to be held in high standings but I don't think so anymore.  HEY MONTEL GET A GRIP AND RIP YOUR CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a government issued cellphone and every must save my minutes to last the whole month but OCC calls me two to three times a day asking for someone who does not live in my home nor have I ever heard of. Asking them to take your number off their list doesn't work they just switch callers and call again. Since I now know who they are I contacted The BBB and reported them for being a scam and harrassment.

Google Voice block the dumb [***].  That will stop them.  Called me and I told them they had the wrong number.  They still call and say they know it is the right person and insist I pay them what they think I owe. Scam.  They aren't even calling from the US.  I don't hear from them now.  LOVE Google voice.  If they can call me now they deserve to be paid.   HAHAHA.  Got the last laugh.

https://oneclickcash.com/?not_mobile=1 here is their website please go to it and at the bottom they have a remove area where you can input your email or your phone number. I just did and hope the calls stop. This will be my way of pressing harassment charges against them if they don't cease.

1-800-318-8323 keeps calling my cell phone EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS!!! Each time I check my voice mail there is no message - EVER. But, it's a long enough message to hear it is some kind of call center, and it's eating up my cell phone minutes. I called the number 4 times this week, getting a different person each time. They answer the phone as 'OCC' and seem friendly. I asked them why they keep calling, One person said they have a job opportunity for someone named James, I told them there is no one here by that name and to take me off their call list.
I've done this 4 times this week, each person from 'OCC' assuring me they took my number off their list. Apparently NOT!
PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP CALLING MY PHONE!!!

These [***] have been calling me daily for 6 months asking for someone I do not know.  I was polite to them at first, then rude, and even resorted to being downright nasty (cursing and name calling) and they seem to be unfazed.  FCC complaint filed today.

I sent One Click Cash a cease and desist letter in November revoking all authorizations and advised them to immediately cease any telephone communications attempt with.  I also stated in this letter how I would repay the original loan amount not the large percentage rate they are using.  I have gotten two calls this week.

Stupidly I borrowed from them once, and yes I did pay them back, after I paid them triple the amount of the initial loan. Now they are calling me again saying I owe them money! And this past August I had to close my bank account, and open another one because they had given out my bank information to other PayDay loan "companies". It's ridiculous. I don't need this crap, I'm working on paying off my credit cards, and doctor bills and I will have no more debt! I have a 1 year old son, and a baby on the way, so this crap really needs to stop!

this company called me yesterday from a different 800 number giving me until 8pm to pay them 175 dollars or they would take action on me. I attempted to call this morning and they wanted the last 4 digits of my social after they had verified what my name was. They would not go further with my call until I gave them my last 4 social numbers. They do not leave messages and attempt to call me at work now to harrasse me!The other number I was called from yesterday is 800-410-9419.
