These people keep calling looking for a employee. They(or a computer) call and never say anything. When I call them back and tell them to take the number off their list they are rude or hang up on me. There has to be something I can do to make them quit calling. I am on hold with the phone company right now to see if they can do anything about it.

Yes, it is against the law for these companies to contact a person's work place. The best thing to do is report them to the FIC-http://www.ftc.gov/ and your attorney generals office.To file a complaint or get free information on consumer issues, visit ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357); TTY: 1-866-653-4261. Then, don't answer their calls. The madder they get the more they will call but whether you answer the phone or not they will treat you the same, save yourself the headache and don't answer and talk to them.

They keep calling my phone ..I guess because whoever had my number before borrowed money .I keep telling them he no longer owns this phone...but to no avail...after a lot of research and pulling strings and asking for favors I was able to find out these are the same people MONTELL WILLIAMS endorses on T.V.
I was also inform by friends in high places that when you have that kind of money backing scams like this..Its a losing battle to stop them. After some more research I found out that if an individual borrows lets say $400 the interest alone will kill you..not to mention you can not pay off this loan in full without giving them 21 days notice that your intention is to pay it off.Which in my opinion, someone that has to take this kind of loan can never predict that they will have that kind of money 21 days in advance.There fore they will be screwed and locked into this forever unless by some miracle they hap upon a lot of money
One chance though spread the word that MONTELL WILLIAMS is associated with this..push it to the limit....he may feel the heat and you never know..His reputation is built on being against people like this, if he is true to what he has been telling the world forever, You never know.....good luck and I wish the best to all..Most of all I am sorry that there is people in the world like these people

Me too. I had to close my account cuz they harrased me for ever. I was unable to get the money directly back to them so they told me I owed them 4 times the amount I borrowed in only two weeks

Don't pay these criminals. I fought with them for 6months about how they thought they cud scam me out of my money. I won't pay them either and it has been 4 yrs. They thought they cud get me to pay 4 times my loan in only 2 weeks. Not, fail, losers, and there is nothing they can do.

Thick accent-menacing(or trying to be) I have them on rejct list-I dont know nor do I care what thy want.  Annoying

1-800-318-8323 called, and would not identify themselves. They asked for someone who isn't using this number, and when I confirmed no one by that name uses this line, they said they'd "make a note on the account". When I asked who they were/what company they were calling, the lady said "Are you Andrea? No? Then it's none of your business." um, yeah, actually, it is. You called MY number.

they call  me 5 times a day I don't know who they calling for they never want to leave any messages.

This is not Traci Kirchhoff! These people call me every day at about 6 and when I say hello they hang up! Very annoying!

Never heard of these guys before. I received the call at 4:24 pm on 8/27/2011. I wasn't home at the time, and have no time to talk to these idiots anyhow.

Nick Jansen said he was with “Corporate” but I am located in the “Corporate” office so how could that be?  Then he got very defensive and rude and asked who I was to question him and ask who he worked for.

I found the address of the place.  52946 Hwy 12 Suite 3 Niobrara, NE 68760.  Apparently it's a native american company which also runs a casino called the Ohiya Casino & Bingo Restaurant.  http://www.ndbf.ne.gov/searches/Orders/200708 ... _Click_Cash.pdf  --This link is to a nebraska court document wherein I found the address as of 2007.  Google Maps will not show the One Click Cash headquarters in Cityview, but if you search the restaurant/casino (which has the same address, but is suite 2) you can see it off the highway.

I never dealt with these people and they keep calling.going to find a way to block and report them.

My daughter has been receiving calls from them since august, the last one to date being today, october 22, 2011 but she never answers 800 numbers so We don't know what they have to say!

I had this girl call me from this number (my cell phone) on day and said she was with One Click Cash. I told her I did not know what she was talking about and how did she get my name and number. She said look how do you want to make your payment. I said look I have no idea what your talking about and my health is bad. Again I do not know what your talking about and I'm in the hospital do not call back. The girl called back tonight at 8:45pm tonight. I did not answer but I had a message from her.
She said she is with a law firm and she is attorney. What a scam!

We receive calls from this number everyday around 9:30 am but when I answer the phone, nobody is there and they hang up after a few seconds of silence.

Unfortunately, I was in enough desperation to take a $500.00 loan from them.  They were very decieving before I took the loan, then they tried to rape my bank account.  I ended up closing that account and re-opening another account.

The loan has been paid in full according to the laws of all [now] three states involved - Nebraska, Arkansas, and [now] Oklahoma.  But, they feel they need more money and won't stop harassing me.  I've been told by the Nebraska authorities that if I file complaints with the local police (or sheriff's) department, state police in both states, and the phone company that it will put them on a terrorist watch list involving both the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI.  I advise anyone to do this.

First, they claim to abide by Nebraska State Law.  Then, when you point out that they do NOT abide by Nebraska State law, then they tell you they abide by Oklahoma State law - which they do NOT abide by either.

I have filed complaints with the Arkansas Attorney General's Office (I live in Arkansas), the Nebraska Attorney General's Office, the Nebraska Department of Banking & Finance, the Nebraska Delayed Deposit Services Department, and the Nebraska Secretary of State's Office.  I guess, now that they've thrown Oklahoma into the pile, I should file a complaint there too.

I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I'm all for a class action law suit.  Tell me where to sign up.
