I've never gotten a call from ATT when my bill is due....

We ca'nt  make   a  phone  call

A man with a very heavy accent called and said that someone named Brian Matthews was trying to access my account 4 or 5 times today. He never gave his name or asked for mine. He never asked to verify the account at all. I could barely understand him, so I put him on speakerphone, so my mom could here it. My mom asked him where he was calling from, and he said  "At&t , can't you see this is an At&t number?" That's when I hung up on him. My mom said it's a scam so I'm reporting it.

They are not ATT! They using an App that allows them choose any number they actually choosed ATT's toll free number, which makes you think that it really ATT, but it is not. I call ATT, and they said they did offer such discounts or incentives

Received 3 calls from this number with a Facebook profile picture on it and it came up listed as Customer Service. Tried to look it up on Facebook but there wasn't a profile to be found. Then did reverse number and realized it was an AT&T number used daily by a telemarketer. I've now blocked the number on my cellphone. I am also on a Do Not Call List.

I was having problems with my phone and the technician from AT&T phoned me and this is the number that showed on my caller id.  Therfore I think if you have AT&T service (to incl DirectTV), it should be safe to answer.

Got a call from a # I didn't recognize,502-938-3076 which my prepaid phone wouldn't answer. When I tried to call back I was informed that # couldn't be reached by my phone and to call 611, or 800-331-0500 from a landline. I cut my landline services recently, not AT&T whom I quit dealing w/appr. 20 + years ago.  If it's AT&T I wouldn't call anyway.

robocall to my cell phone.  dead air.  I see there has been a lot written about this one, I consider myself forewarned.

Losers called today no message left.

I got a call while driving.  He kept asking who I was.  I wouldn't tell him.  He said that I called him and he was calling back.  He said he was trying to call AT&T because his phone wasn't working.  He said I don't know you who are you?  I said I don't know you either but you called me and you got a wrong number.  Then he tried to keep me on the line so I hung up.

Generally speaking, most normal people don't have an 800 number.  If his phone wasn't working then how did he call you?  It is possible that someone spoofed you phone number to make calls, but I think you would have received a lot more complaints about it.  This is pretty strange.

Received a call from this number, I do not answer 800 numbers on my phone. However based on what I am seeing here it was AT&T which I have not been with for over 3 years. They do not leave a message, if they don't leave a message it is not worth my time. Also they called twice in less than a hour, cut it out.

Called my husband's cell at 1030pm. Yes pm.

I got a missed call from this number at 1:45 AM!! Good thing my phone was on vibrate.

Called 9/24/17 at 7:59 pm.  I answered but no one replied.  Hung up.  Blocked number.

Just received a call from (800) 331-0500. It was a recording of a man saying "This is AT&T. Your account has been suspended. Press 1 to suspend your account. Press 2 to speak with a customer service representative."

I waited, and then a female recorded voice came on and said "buh bye."

Chela boys I for is not valid. The link takes you to the bid4prizes website. Phone number is not in my area however they called my cell number. I have not signed up for anything. If charge shows up on my bill I'll file a complaint with the federal trade commission

Nope, not legit. Do not give your info, if you already have call your provider IMMEDIATELY and alert them. Change your password at the very least!
