Repeat calls from this number. They never ever leave a message.

I didnt answer and no message left. Actual call came from a local #. When I tried to call back, a recording  stated i wasn't allowed to call and to call from a land line.

They are texting now, same att fake scheme but claiming to be Chase bank verifying an unauthorized charge at an ATT store

1(800)331-0500 is indeed the number for AT&T, but you can also dial 611 from your cell phone to reach them.  Do not give out your passcode to anyone that calls you.  Instead, call AT&T directly to ensure you are talking to them and not someone else.

Received call from 1(276) 249-2822 & did not answer. Called back, clicked to automated message saying call 1-800-331-0500.

My CC showed a charge of $121.95 attributed to Mobility CSR CC T out of Tx.  I have no idea who nor what this is.  The reference number is 800-331-0500.

Got a text saying they were from AT&T and that I had international charges of $400. I looked up my accoun online. No such thing. Thus, spam/scam.
