got a call 1x at 3:45PM PST.  message about a rolling blackout and ask me to call back. no name or department name left on message.  did not call back.

This is Comcast Business Services - called to say there will be a brief service interruption next day.

Sorry Comcast.  The check is in the mail. :)

Comcast Business Services automated reminder call for outages/maintenance work.

It's the Comcast customer service for business line...left a message about possible interruptions between 1am-4am due to upgrades and/or maintenance, I can appreciate the heads up!

It's Comcast Biz Services:  They left msg on voicemail, a robot-female-voice saying maintenance & possible service interruption 11/2/12 between midnight & 5am.

sent me to this number saying it was yahoo helping when my password was stolen. it is FRAUD don NOT allow them to leg me in on your computer

no problems with the call. calling to say they were doing main over night. glad they called so i wont be mad when my internet its down while i am sleeping

It's comcast calling about possible interruptions - I do have a business line so they had reason to call.

Caller id had this number.  They hung up before I could answer.

I don't have comcast, btw.

The reps, based upon Service Level Agreements, will have to call you if there's any planned outages outside of their monthly maintenance window.  If they try to upsell you during this call, then you can moan and groan all you want.  Unless you cancel your Comcast/Xfinity business class services, you will get these quite often.  

When I asked them on my frequencies, they responded they were upgrading quite a few markets to facilitate the upcoming load requirements of their services.  Do not fret y'all, they are not as big brother as you may think.

If they are calling to offer services, simply make sure you add them to the do not call registry and tell them not to call.  If they do continue to call and you do not have service with Comcast, then get their ID and submit a complaint with FCC.

Robo calls with no one on the line.  I don't have comcast business service or whatever.
