No message left.  I went to use my Cap One card at grocery store and it was declined.  When I called # on back of card directly connected to fraud dept.  They advised by fed law they cannot call past 9:45 p.m.  I did not check missed calls until I had called direct # on card.  However, it only said toll free so I probably would not have answered anyway but would have checked 800notes.

I had a voicemail and also received an email about fraud activity on my Capital One Card. This is actually a legit call - you need to call them back!

Received a call that it was gmflex cc security.  I called back the number on my card, it is a legitimate number, calling to verify charges that were questionable.
