First of all, they yell at me first and I do not give them attitude. Actually had an employee from a collection agency tell my mother that they would send someone to harm me because I hadn't paid my bill. I was out of work and couldn't afford to pay so give us debtors some respect if u want it first.

They are total jerks. they wont tell me who they are or what they want. So if they want something from me , there is no way in hell I am ever going to them. I am going to pay an extra 5 dollars a month just have them blocked from my phone. I have read somewhere that there not even a real company

You are obviously an e/ee of this bogus company.  Or, unfortunately you are the ignorant one.  The representative I spoke with twice "gave me attitude" at hello.  She preceeded to tell ME what I needed to do.  She accused ME of impersonating the person for whom the call was.  I am embarraassed I even reduced myself to this bogus company's level by attempting to help them by answering their questions.  If bill collectors are content with possessing a rude attitude, having to be nasty all the live long day...then they are fortunate their job IS a bill collector.  If they are unhappy with whom they must speak on a daily basis, they should get a new job.  Farewell....do not call again - my lawyer will be calling.

Return the call - tell them to remove your number from their call list. Suggest they use their highly intelligent investigators to locate the person to whom they are calling.  Alert them you are turning the phone number over to your attorney. Hang up.

And after you have done this for 5th, 10th and 20th time....When should a reasonable person become angry with the caller? You tell me....Should I continue answer the same questions over and over again because they have the wrong number and refuse to update their records...Tell me, what would you do?
