Keeps calling my home number and leaving a message for "insert name here".  Cannot understand the name of the person they are asking for.  I've already answered their call one time and pressed the appropriate number for "if we have called the wrong number, please press **" yet they keep calling.  Most of the time it's while I'm at work and when I call the number back I get the message that this number has been disconnected.  Sick of having messages on my voice mail that don't pertain to me.  It needs to stop.  What good does it do for a person to place their home number AND cell number on the "Do Not Call" registry if calls are still coming in??  Beyond frustrating and annoying!!!

They are Diversified Recovery Service, http://www.drscollects.com  Sadly, phone numbers are recycled, and you could be recieving calls for an older debt, please try and ask for a manager, and explain to them that the number does not belong to the person, if you do keep getting calls after, try contacting your BBB.

They called me and said I owed 140 on my last us cellular bill but the last i got from us cell was in the 70 some od range. Im just paying the money on my last bill and they can [***] with theyre added fee,s.

The representative over the phone was a BI*** she did not politely address me, she was rude, she tried avoiding my questions, she refused to take me off the call list, she blamed me for her reckless mishandling of information, and she said she was not "supposed to share this information with me" WELL THEN, let's see you make a mistake? Okay. Then you blame me? NOT OKAY. That mistake you made? Yeah I'm calling your boss. (Not real conversation just how I feel at the moment after speaking with this rude person).

Just got a call. it was a recording. they said they were collecting a debts, then they put me on hold, then a man said "uh" and then there was a loud beep and the recording said "Hi. Im Linda calling from 'diversified something or other' and im here to collect a debt" and then they hung up. being the smart person i am (and humble at that) i decided to do a little digging. me having no debt whatsoever thought that a random "debt management" company calling ME was a bit odd. so I googled the name real quick and found a nice (at first glance) website that wanted me to fill out a registration thingy. I decided not to and went back to digging. only to find that this company is not a (doubtably legit) business presidented by "Kathlene zurek" who is apparently some business woman of the year. and that's where i decided to stop digging and call it a scam.

This number called me last night and I didn't answer because Caller ID just said TOLL FREE CALL.  It went to voice mail where a recorded message from Diversified said they were trying to collect a debt.  Really?  I have perfect credit and keep getting approved for credit so why would I have an outstanding collection?  I worked for YEARS in the credit industry and I know how important it is to stay current on my bills.

Nuisance caller from 800-405-5085. Never leaves a message and I have never answered.

I keep getting a call from this number I let it go to voice mail I figure if it's a creditor they would leave info on my answering machine  they don't when I pick up no one is there every morning like clock work same time.  I will not deal with them and if I owe a bill I will call the company directly and  deal with the bill. Know a days there are to many scams and personal info on the Internet these days just to trust someone. And we all work to hard to support our families to be scammed.

called at 11:45 am 7-21, no message. I do not answer unknown calls. this number has called before. Same MO.

I just received a call from this number. No idea who it was as they left no message. So I called it back and the recording does not verify what company they are, why they are calling, puts you on hold forever, so I hung up. Thanks for all the prior information! It's appreciated!!

They have been calling my daughter to get my info. She asked what is this regarding and wouldnt tell her they also wont leave a message on her voice mail they have called her several times today was the first time she answered the incoming call and thats when she told me about it and she said it saided fishy to her cuz the woyldnt give her any badic info. So im not callung them back at all and here im reporting it instead. Stop thes people before we are all traped aand stressed out about it.

I get calls from this number and I have no outstanding bills.  There is never anyone there when I answer and if I call it back the number "does not exist".
