- PissedI used to get voicemails from someone who said they were a debt collector but I would never replied. I always get a call from them… Its really annoying.
- Call type: Debt collector
- harasser replies to Annoyed| 1 replyI get these calls periodically on my cell phone, 1 ring and that is all. My theory is that It may be someone hired by the leftist political opposition to harass you & let you know that they are watching you. They used to call on my land phone and left threatening messages as mentioned by another (with a thick accent) or try to convince me that I won a sweepstakes. Do you donate to conservative organizations or make anti-Obama, anti-abortion or pro-traditional marriage comments on websites? Just a thought.
- FrankCalls multiple times a day rings once and hangs up.
- astoner0304 replies to Champ08| 2 repliesI have gotten many calls from this number. I've answered twice and told them they have the wrong number. But, they continue to call me. They never leave a message when it goes to voicemail. I eventually called the number and was given the option to take my number off their list. The company's name is ERC. Yet another bill collection company that illegally harrasses people without consequence. We'll see if I am really taken off their list or not...
- Su replies to CourtneyIn all likelihood, the person who had the number before you owes a debt and they're trying to reach that person. Now you have the unenviable task of trying to convince them that you are NOT that person. Good luck with that. :(
- LegendarySame here, I just got a call from them today, and they called a few days earlier.
- Call type: Debt collector
- girlrang once hung up no message...

- chanjust got a call from this number, it rang once, then hung up, no message left. Ive worked in a call center and a lot of times staff is suppose to make a certain number of attempts. so it could be that they let it ring once to document they have made an attempt, and if it is a bill collector or something, they can say they have been trying to reach you so many times blah blah blah. However, Im current on my bills so this may not be a bill collector
- junkyNot sure who called or why.
- MikeI have called the Do Not Call Registry twice on this number and they still keep calling, they let it ring once and hang up.
Someone needs to put a stop to this company. - Jim replies to mrskid2| 3 repliesBlock the number. It's a simple process. Call your phone service provider and they'll walk you trough it.
- Figured it out!| 2 repliesHey everybody, This phone number belongs to Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC.
https://www.erccollections.com/ - Tmobiles Debt recovery service & call out phone for some customer service reps.
BUT they might not have called you for a debt. I figured this out because I have Tmobile & changed something on my plan. The customer service agent told me she would call me back this morning to fix my situation that I had. This # came up so I didn't answer cause I thought it might be scammers, right after the call I got a text from Tmobile about the fix on my line. When I thought it might be Tmobile , I did a search with ERC Tmobile & all the info comes up legit. So, this phone# is a debt collector for Tmobile, but also when some customer service reps call you back for something they are using this line also. So if you owe Tmobile, then yes, it is a debt collector but if you have Tmobile & you've changed something recently/added a line or whatever, they might be calling you for that. Hope this helps someone.- Caller: Tmobiile

- ezeeeDO NOT BELIEVE the SHILLS who say ' Wait for the prompt and you can enter your phone number so they will stop calling you, that is what I just did'
Once you respond your volume of calls will go thru the ROOF!!! They sell the #s of people stupid enough to respond to their calls to telemarketers and fake collection scammers! - CK06 replies to astoner0304Hi,
I'm curious if you were really taken off their calling list once you "removed" your number.
Thanks, - Laura ButlerOne ring and they hung up... What's the point of calling?

" Unknown in " is all the one look-up page has on this - A1 replies to AlfalfaWell put. These companies who pride themselves in being "collectors" have fallacious thinking. Just because a "debtor"had a phone number at one time does not mean that the debt is acquired by the another non-involved person that acquires the same phone number later on. The debt is owed by the debtor not the phone number. Phone numbers change all of the time. They can use their great skip tracing skills to find the actual person who owes the money. Not an innocent non-involved debt free honest person who is being harrased by obsessive compulsives.
