My cell phone rings 2 and 3 times a day, early in the morning, some as late as 10pm with calls from this 800 number.  I do not answer the calls since there is no reason I should be getting calls from this number, so I have no idea who they represent.  I am just sick of seeing this number on my display and would sure like to prevent the constant barrage of unsolicited calls.  After reading some of the remarks on this #, I have a feeling it is a collection agency trying to reach the prior holder of my cell phone number.  I used to get calls from collection all the time looking for that person.  It's very annoying.

this number 1 800 503 3852 calls at least twice a day and when i anmwer they hang up i'm so tired of little kid games the caller ID shows the company name as MONARCH RECOVER!

they called my mom's cell phone asking for someone she never heard of, so not only did i block the number from calling her again i also filed a complaint with the do not call registry which her # has been registered on. If enough people file complaints against these [***] then then fcc will step in and go after em

This company has been calling my husbands cell phone for over a year and a half.  We asked them to stop and they did for a few months & are starting up again.  When my husband harassed them, they hung up on him.  We don't owe anyone, anything and they have no reason to be calling this number.  They ask for Rachel & we don't have any Rachel in our family or using this number, ever!

Just started receiving calls from these leeches.  They don't leave message, don't know who they're looking for but if they are legit then the good old US mail would suffice.  I never answer them, let them go to voice mail but as I said, they don't leave a message.  Plus I am on state and federal do not call list but doesn't deter them thus they are crooks of some nature.

Called for someone who has never lived here or had this number.  Recorded message gives name of person they search for, account/case number, and state if I (my machine) stays connected, then I am admitting that I am the person they seek.  What a crock.
I see they used to be Academy Service, but are now Monarch Recovery Management.

They need to stop!  They continuously call me trying to collect for a debt I know nothing about...$147.00...they will not give me the credit card number they are trying to collect on...They said they sent me a letter...many months prior.  I asked them to send another letter but she demanded I clear the debt over the phone...this is a scam!  

I am reporting them to every agency I can.  You should too.

I called the Company and asked to speak to a supivisor some guy named Sam got on the phone and refused  to give me his last name then he hung up the phone when I asked him for his last name and the company's name.

Keep getting calls from a debt collection agency (MRM).  I owe nothing and the calls are intrusive and annoying.  When I try to call back the number they leave (800) 503-3852, there is no answer.

really tired of these people - call everyday at least 20 times a day - told them over the past year i'm not 'that' person and to REMOVE MY NUMBER - even reported them way back and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE to remedy it and my svc won't block calls. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN BLOCK THESE SCUM? i'm about ready to act like i AM that person so i can find out what the deal is. Cell phones suck. people change numbers/cells all the time and we have to put up with someone else's history or SCAM SCUM crap? I'm done. Going to start calling local attorneys since FTC has done NOTHING!

These people insist I am " Laurie Mills" I have had this number for 15 years and they won't stop calling.

they call my phone so far from 3 different number 7 or more times aday even on week-ends . this is uncalled for and I just hang up on them because I have no money to give them so why are they wasting there time...... Tonight when they called a few ago they wanted the last 4 digits of my social and I said I dont think so and hung up again. They must be [***].

callin my cell 3-4 times a day, when i say hello and automated recording comes back and says they have improtant message for Cathy and to press 1 then it is like they hang up or something. Crazy!!!!!!!!

I am receiving unwanted calls regularly from this phone number.  Wouldn't mind if the source was eliminated.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past week.  I have asked that they stop calling to no avail.

Calls at least once a day.  No information, just to hold for an important message.  This appears to be
a bottom feeder debt collector.  We have no debts, we never had any student lones, we're both over 70
years.  I don't think this "company" even knows who we are, just have a phone number.  It it is real, the Monarch Recovery should send us a letter providing all the details concerning any supposed debt.  The letter must be by U S Mail so a copy can be given to the U S Postal Inspector, the Attorney General and any other organization who can prosecute these illegal activities.
