This post has everything that is wrong with society all bunched into a few special words by 'you'd like to know'. Instead of either paying your bill, filing bankruptcy, or manning up and refusing payment on the phone you are hiding. What is wrong with you, seriously? They called your dad because it was either a previous contact number, or they had to skiptrace (the method of finding people using reverse searches, social security number searches, etc.) to find you. You are upset about calls going to your dad? You shouldn't be upset with the company, you should be upset at yourself for forcing your father to deal with them. He did nothing to deserve that. You are in hiding and gloating about how they can't find you! Over what? A cell phone bill.

You are holding off on the Cease and Desist letter, for christ sake send it in so they can send the account back to the company that gave it to them. Don't be proud of not paying your bills and hiding from creditors, it's pathetic, really it is.

come to minnesota we are hiring, i would like to sse how long you would last doing our job. seems to me people just need someone to blame because they cant pay their bills. but hey thanks because if it wasnt for people like you, i would be able to pay my bills. so again thank you and my mortgage company thanks you also!

stop calling me!!!!!!

I haven't spoken to this company, mainly because they are only one of many who keep calling my cell phone for the previous woman who had the number.  I switched phone companies in August, and immediately got a barrage of calls from from friends and companies looking for someone named Pamela who I assume used to have the phone.  Her friends have stopped texting and calling me, but I keep getting phone calls from several debt collection agencies.  This one looks authentic, but there is another company leaving threatening calls that looks like they are a fraud.  I am really tired that these messages keep filling up my inbox.  I don't suppose there is any way to deal with these all at once??  I rarely am able to answer my phone when it rings since I work and am a full time student.  And I prefer not to answer calls from unidentified numbers.

They have been calling my home number at least 20 times, I don't know why, they are harassing me.  How do I stop that?

If It's a Federal Debt then yes the federal goverment through collections agencies can have a soldier or military personnel removed from the Military by dishonorly discharge. Just so you know...it's against your military contract to have a FEDERAL Debt...

I felt accosted and harassed just for picking up this phone call.  I don't care what this "business" is, this is no way to treat people!  I experienced what everyone else is explaining ~ rude & bossy communication, calling for someone other than myself, cryptic information...

Asking for a person I do not know, never have heard of. Told them I did not know this person and they claimed that they had spoken to his mother on my phone which is impossible. Very rude, hung up on me.
