I am getting billed by this company for something I didn't even acknowledge receiving. What can I do about having them remove a charge they put on my checking account against my acknowledgement?

WTF!!!!! They did the same thing to me and when I googled the company name, all i got was complaints tht hav been made....UNBELIEVABLE! $92.00 from my checking account, and its my daughter's bday tomorrow! This isn't fair...I don't know who they are or what this is for.....be careful.

When I call That number i get someone from billy blank membership club. They was charging me for a membership that didn't tell me after 30 days they was going to charge me for it even though it say free for 30 days. But doesn't say how much they will charge after the 30 days!

So not fair--they got me too--except they charged an old account with not enough funds and ended up costing me 289 bucks--whoever they are, may they burn in hell!!!!

This is from an infomercial company that sells the GT Express sandwich makers.  I am not sure what all else they sell.  I just got off the phone with them because they were charging me for some stupid bi-monthly recipes that I didn't ask for nor did I receive.  They did say that they would credit me back for the amounts charged and cancel my subscription.  The 800 number was listed on my credit card bill. It is different that what other have listed here 800-357-9213.  They also have a web address  gtexpress.com that might be of help.

I  have been gettin billed from this company for the non working GT express machine.. 15.00 a month for the last year. when i contat them they advise this is not the right number. Can you say BBB.. I am so upset..

If your being charged what you need to do is go to your bank and tell them that you didn't authorize them to take this out of your account and that you want to block them. I have had to do  this before because the company would not answer the phone and there was no way to contact them(which is exactly what they want so you can't cancel or get your money back) anyway the bank got me my money back from the company and I never had another problem with it. If that doesn't work, close your account. I don't see how these people keep getting away with this. as far as i'm concerned it's stealing money right out of peoples accounts. how is this legal? I really hope something is done about this soon. this is the second time it's happened to me.

I was charged several times on a PREPAID VISA CARD!!!

My advice is to call your card provider, and ask for another card! This way if the purchase was made through your current card# they wont have access to your new card #... If you released your checking account information Im sorry you might want to talk with your bank to see if its possible they change ur acct number completely...

You are correct Antony.  Sometime back, like a month and a half, I ordered the GTE Express.  They were throwing so many add ons at me that I called back and cancelled.  But they forgot to cancel the recipe subscription along with it  I was just charged 14.95.  I called the number and had no trouble with getting a refund and cancelling the subscription.  So far.

They charge my card for 146.00 plus. They are the Firm exercising system.
They have another phone number its 18004966076. The name of their company is Gaiam American, Inc.

Did you order the Firm Wave Exercising System? I think it's the company that sells these exercising system because I ordered one but they are overcharging my credit card. 146.00 plus they did it three times. They are also called Gaiam American, Inc. and have another number 18667458416 customer service to cancel your order.

I'm back.  Today I had an e mail that my order was shipped.  WHAT ORDER???
I did not order anything.  The charge for the recipes has disappeared from my on line bank account.  What are they doing????

Going to try to block charges from them.  Hope the bank cooperates.

I just received that same company on my bank account for $ 129.70 and I have no idea what it is. I just tried calling the number it had but I would just get cut off. I need to also find out what the heck this charge is for.
