I ordered the wave on tv.  I never talked to a real person but, left my credit card number.  BIG MISTAKE!
It was a nightmare ever since.  They charged my card twice!  I called them they said they shipped it and never did.  So I went to the bank filed a disput and got a new card.  I did get my money back while it was pending in my account.  I will never order from any informercials AGAIN!

Yep, I ordered the firm and said no to every single thing they asked me if I wanted to try.  Yet, I still got charged for this dang thing and they said that when I receive it it can be returned by writing refused on the box.  I then will only be charged for the shipping charges.

I also just received a charge on my bank account that I didn't authorize or know about from this number.  
I also tried calling to verify where the charge came from. It hung up on me after ringing 2-3 times.
That's when I looked it up on google and came ot this site. I've canceled my card to prevent any further un-
authorized charges. Thanks for the tips

It's a scam. Somebody is ripping off account numbers - or - buying account numbers and charging for a whole array of items and services. Get in touch with your bank and credit card companies and tell them quickly. Tell the to Google GAI GT Media.

It appears they are in a relationship with that infomercial on TV to buy a frying pan of sorts. I got charged for something from GAI GT after I corresponded with GT Express. I stopped GAI GT media dead in their tracks. Hey, anybody else start getting these charges after buying or corresponding to the television infomercial. It's a frying pan, a pizza pan, an omelette pan, etc etc for 3 payments of 19.95. Then you get it for only 2 payments of 19.95, then you get an extra one for free - just pay shipping and handling of 14.95 each.

Did anybody else get charges on their account after contacting "Ready Set Go Express". They seem to be at least one of the culprits. Jack

I ordered The Wave from the website and then happened to look at my account and see an additional charge from 'GAI*GT MEDIA INC 800-516-7108 CO 4432201893459242'.  The number on here just hangs up.  I have tried all of the other numbers and unfortunately, since it is a Saturday I cannot get in touch with anyone.  I contacted my bank immediately and requested that then not post the charge and for research assistance.  Hopefully, this will mean that they will reverse the charge and hunt them down.  My bank is usually pretty good about this kind of thing, so I can only hope that this resolves the issue.  What a pain it would be to have to change my account information as I have direct deposit of my account and my spouse's account and I just don't want to have to go through the trouble of changing it all.  I don't know how they are getting away with this, but I hope somebody gets them to stop!  Very poor business, if you ask me - kind of ruins my trust for other companies that use informercials. :(

I ordered the firm wave on Sunday and was charged for it today.  Because of what was written here I called to cancel my order.  I spoke to a very very young guy and asked him where the calling center was.  He said the Philippines  and he sounded like he was 12.  I asked him how old he was and he hesitated then said 18, yea I am 18.  I said that is hard to believe and he said it is OK because he is short too lol!!

If you order the Wave by the Firm, which comes from GAI*GT MEDIA INC 800-516-7108, please be aware that they want to "upsell" you vitamins and other things. I refused shipment on the order because I thought the vitamins were free the first 30 days, but on top of the $81 for the wave they tacked on $45 for the vitamins. Definitely a scam and I should've realized that when I called to order and didn't even talk to a live person...a machine takes orders.

they charged my account $49.85  I didn't authorize!!!

I called to order the "Ready Set Go" I have not even got mine yet, I go to my account today and I have been charged $130.00 to my account!!!!   This is crap!  Now who has to go though all the leg work to get this taken care of ME!!   It will take a lot to get the money back!!!   I will never order by phone again!  
Maybe FINGERHUNT would have not been the bad way to go!  At least I know they will charge what they say and not what they "Want"  So much for trying to save money.

GT Media sells multi things, If you are getting charged for monthly fees, its because they AUTO sign you up for the GT Media club. Call them 1-800-357-9213 tell them its unorthorized payments and you want ALL future payments stopped. Once i told them its fraud AUTO signing people up and i will sew if get 1 more charge. They stopped all my future monthly payments right away.  If you receive anything in the mail from them SEND IT BACK! Spend that few dollars but in the long run it will show you don't want there stuff. GT Media is mostly you ordered something from a infomerical or a 3rd party online.

Sorry forgot to tell you to AUTO sign up GT Media club that they signed me up on was for the "Ready Set Go" cooker and its for monthly set of extra pans, books, etc. $29.95 a month for shipping i am being charged, and this is just the reason why i get on my wife to check her bank account everyday. to find things like this and stop it before it goes on to long. So yea call 1-800-357-9213 and cancel all future transactions with them. Send back anything extra you receive from them.

My ordered it for 2 payments of $19.95 each plus a free one, looked at my account and tjey took out $200 and when i call the number it rings once and hangs up

I also ordered the Xpress Redi Set Go & have been charged every month $14.90 for recipes (which I have not received), & the beginning of this month I was charged $25.90 (for extra pans which I did not request). Who can you report this company to. This is terrible what they are doing to people. If its that deal buy one get one free - that a bunch of bull.

Called to order product rejected my card and when had 250.00 dollars in there took 130.00 without my consent and product was only supposedly about 75.00 dollars but as soon as had some money on it attacked taking almost all of it
