    I made the mistake of attempting to order the Xpress RediSetGo grill.....the phone call seemed odd to me about two minutes into it when I realized they were recording my name, address, etc.  So I decided while still placing the order to cancel, but the system was automated.  I couldn't get an operator even after stating I wanted one.  I couldn't cancel despite saying "Cancel Order" in those exact words as a response to most questions.  I said no to any and all "add-on" options, but it would just ask again and I'd say no again.  At which time, the automated system then said, "we'll go ahead and add that to your order".  I was shocked! I had just said no, they couldn't do that...it's clearly illegal.  At that point I knew I had a problem.  I went online to www.redisetgo.com to find the company's phone number that would get me to a customer service personnel.  I tried to cancel the order that way but was told it hadn't gone through to their system yet and I'd have to wait 24 hours.  The next day I called to confirm the cancellation, and as stated in one of the comments above, had to ask them for the cancellation number.  The people were very rude and that just concerned me more.  I decided not to wait to see how it turned out and canceled the account the charge was associated with.  This should prevent it from going through and any future charges as well.  However, this company is clearly not doing good business and if it is legal, it's on very shaky ground.  Be careful!! I've ordered from infomercials before but through an automated system.  That should have been my first clue, but now I won't forget.

    I ordered the recipes and it took two months for me to get the new set and they charged me again, tried to call and cancel but number does not work. Plus my ready set go does not work right, the timer on it stopped working after the first use.

    I found 14.60 on my CC.  I phone 800-516-7108.  They stated they are for receipe books for Ready Set Go.  I have not received said books nor did I sign up for any "club" membership.  My financial institution gave me the phone number and I canceled CC card with them to stop the draw.  Customer service was very insistent I order when I did not.  They explained they could not cancel due to the shipment already being sent, I asked for tracking number which they could not produce and placed me on hold and never returned.  My financial institution advised the only way to truly stop them drawing off of an account is to cancel the card associated with the purchase.  Any packages I receive IF I receive any I will deny acceptance on.  Hopefully this will help anyone else who can't get any satisfaction from the customer service center.

    We just ordered the Ready Set Go yesterday for 2 payment of 19.95 but when we checked our checking account today they charged us $109.00.  We called 1800-357-9213 today, Sunday, and someone actually answered the telephone.  

    She said it was for all these exttra's that we didn't want.  We cancelled the ordere.  We will see, she said the money should be back in our account in 24 to 48 hours.

    She was emailing us a cancellation number.

    I cancel and returned the cook books that they had sent me and they still charged my credit card.  Try calling but of course got no answer....Help

    I cant believe this - that what I thought was a reputable product (The Firm) turns into this total mess.  all the above - just happened to me.  I ordered the Firm Express system and the lock in weights...they charged my 2 times for this and both the wrong amounts (more$)  I just tried to call the company - they actually answered but I couldnt understand a word she was saying....all I heard that it was already shipped out and there was nothing they could do.....This is aweful!!!!  I cancelled the payments thru my credit card and will refuse the package when (if ever) it does come.  I am very lucky because the credit card payment was still at a "pending" state.....Never again

    i tried to order the exercise video because im sick of my weight keeping me from doing what i want, so i try to order something off the tv, first time i've ever done it... and i get screwed over. worst part, i can't cancel it until the transaction has gone completely through. i'm going to my bank as soon as it opens to figure out what i need to do because this is bull. never EVER buy off the tv because this is apparently what happens to you.

    Looks like I am in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered the Firm workout package and have been getting charged for things I didn't order ever since. Last month I saw a charge for $24.99 so I called them and they told me that it was for the website that I never went on. They also told me that they couldn't reverse the charges so I basically just paid $24.99 for NOTHING. Just this morning I saw 2 charges on my card, one was $35.98 for I guess payment 3 but it's actually around payment 7, and the other was for GAI*GT media that I never ordered or heard about. I submitted an inquiry to KTLA 5 news so they can do a story on this to let everyone know not to order from this company or any company for that matter! I'm a college student with barely any money so I am extremely frustrated! How can they take money out of my account without me authorizing them? They need to be stopped ASAP.

    I was supposed to be charged $69.80. They added on stuff we didn't discuss and charged a total of $115. I called about the X press Redi set go folks and they said they would cancel my subscription and all I would have to pay is $75 total. Since I TRUST NO ONE, I called my credit card company and they canceled my card number and will be sending me a new card.  I should have known!!  I check my regular bank account and credit card activities online everyday, sometimes more than once.  DO IT!
