im having the same problem but they arent charging me as much as they are you

I called and kept going back and forth with them for about 2 years.  They would tell me my account was closed, then they would charge me again.  I finally had to have my bank debit card # changed.  I've reported them to the BBB and have lost about $250 to date.  I doubt I will get it back.  This came after the vitamin suppliments they kept sending me and I would send back telling them I cannot medically take these.  They would debit my account and send me more.  That went on for about a year.  The customer service lady basically called me a liar and said that if I had called and canceled there would be record and a cancellation #.  I had to ask her for a cancellation # she wasn't going to provide one.  So I guess they would say they were going to cancel it and not do it.  MAKE SURE YOU GET A CANCELLATION #!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just got hit on my checking account for $68.79, I had called the GT express about 3 weeks ago and never commited to them. I hope I can get this resolved.  I called the bank and they said I have to file a complaint with the bank and they will go avfter GT Express. 800-516-7108

Who on earth are these people? I have never heard of them and have not ordered a thing from them. They have charged my checking account and I don't have any idea where they got my checking account number......

Never order from these people over the internet/not in the USA/from the Philippines/hooked me on a recipe club-spending over 3 months trying to get off my charge

I did not get a call but I did get a $25.90 charge on my bank acct. Received the GTExpress 101 couple of months ago. Tried to call 1-800-516-7108 which shows on my bank acct but it disconnects. Will try to call the numbers you guys gave me above. Thanks so much.

I did not have a call. My cc is being charged $25.90. I have tried calling 18005167108 the number on the cc statement. It keeps disconnecting. I called my cc co and they said I have to wait because they haven't actually charged me as yet.

Yes, I ordered the Firm two weeks plus ago and never received the product. Part of the reason I ordered it was because it was "free shipping" express.  It's going on 3 weeks now and I still do not have the product yet the charge appears on my credit card.  I really thought this was a reliable organization but after reading all of the below, I am now not sure.  If they expected shipping delays they should have confirmed this on the front end BUT they didn't.  They took my credit card information and 3 weeks later I have nothing to show for it other than a bill. I would have not ordered Firm workout system had I known this upfront.  THIS IS ALL A SCAM!!!

The same thing has happened to me. I ordered the GT Xpress in September & paid for everything in full. A charge of $25.90 was put on my bank account this week. I called the bank to see what this charge was for & from whom & they said it was GIA GT Media Inc & gave me a phone number of 800-516-7108 to call. I called the number & it rings once & then disconnects. In doing some research I realized this charge is from GT Xpress & they are charging me again for stuff I already paid for. I found my September invoice from them & the customer service number for GT Xpress is 800-357-9213. They are open Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Time. I'm not waiting until Monday to dispute this charge with them. I called the bank & told them the charge is not authorized & to stop the payment & block the company. They said they would do that & I needed to go to the bank to fill out the dispute papers. I'm going there now. What a scam this company is pulling!!!

Not sure what this is, but don't want it and did not acknowledge receiving it.  Report it asap.

Satuday the 28 of Nov i ordered the Ready set go express, after watching an informercial on TV. It said i would pay 14.99 for 2 months with free shipping. Today Sunday I find that i have a charge of 56.00 on my account. The number that shows on my account is 800 516-7108 with the name GT Media... What in the world is this??????

I keep getting calls from this number and NOONE IS THERE when I answer... I got charged 39.95 and 29.99, put my account into overdraft so now I only have $30 in there! Im sooo angry. any1 know what to do about this?

My mother did the same thing she ordered this product thinking it was a upstanding company. they told her one thing and did another. She saw a charge one her account for 114.60.. Thank You for your numbers and help on this matter....

Yes, i got a charge of $143.50 and i caught it the very day it was made because i am an avid online banker so i got my bank to cancel the transaction same day, blocked the charge, put my money back and changed my card! i did get the cut off when i try calling the number 1800 516 7108, the company is GAI GT Media Inc and i dont think they exist! Oh they've messed with the wrong person! although they could not get my money but i am on it!! i will get this to the FBI if i need to!!

ya i ordered that piece of junk too. they have been charging 13.90 to my account for 2 years now. finally got it stopped but i won't see a dime of it back.

called my bank and cancelled the debit card and got a new number.  I think this has something to do with a stupid cooking pan my husband ordered from a stupid tv commercial in july or august as a joke!  Jokes on me!!  Will be filing claim with BBB and the bank.  Effing scammers should be drawn and quartered.

The same thing has happened to me. Gai Gt. I ordered that ridiculous thing from a tv ad back in like july or august and they continue to charge me 26.90 a month for pieces they say i ordered BUT DIDNT...i have called them twice and they say "oh, sorry yes, i do see you called to cancel..we will stop order now, and refund ur card in 7-10 days.  that was 14 days ago, and they JUST tonite took our another charge, ..i just looked up my cred. cd. acct online.  I have reported to the better business bureau (BBB) and the ripoff website. i have called, i have not gotten anything and so far they have charged me over 100 dollars, and that doesnt include the amount for the initial purchase that was CRAP!
What can we do to get something done??? who do we need to report this to to stop these people.  Oh, and has anyone run across the "sorry, i am not understand ur english so gude" excuse...yeah, i got that one last time!
