Some kind of scam they always want information have questions First there isindaa who is very officious, and when you've had enough of her and tell her to leave you alone her "SUPERVISOR" who claims his name is "MR. LOPEZ" gets on the phone and the threats start.
My first wife was killed in a train accident hitting a school bus she was on taking school kind of thief, he told Lopez he was going to report him to the FBI and how he was violating my dead wife's civil rightschildren on a field trip nine years ago this scum called Lopez started calling the Lawyer hired by the teachers union to represent myself and our children and asked question after question like I was some kind of thief the lawyer called him back at the number they had left and told "LOPEZ" he was violating my dead wife's civil rights and he was going to report him to the FBI and "LOPEZ" laughed and told him "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO SH**!"

- frustratedWe have been getting calls from an unknown number for several weeks. When the answering machine picks up they say, "hello, hello" then hang up. My husband has answered the phone a number of times and they always ask for the same person. It is not anyone we know. He told them every time that there is no one here by that name, never has been, and no one else has ever had our number since it was issued to us many years ago on a new exchange for our area. He told them they had wrong information and not to call back. We got more calls saying "hello, hello". Tonight we got another call & I picked up. They asked for the same person again. I asked who they were, they were calling from First National Bank of Omaha. I told them that they had been told before to change their records and not to call again. The strange thing is...they are looking for someone who they say is in the greater Atlanta area...we are in NC!! Do they not even pay attention to area codes?? I am so fed up with people calling on my phone, tying up the line I pay for all the time!! Another funny thing, this person has a last name that is not very common, but is the same last name as a former boyfriend of our daughter's, and you guessed it, from Atlanta. But he has no relatives with that first name, and certainly has no relatives in that area. Strange world.

- Not their customerGot a call for "patti" instead of "patricia" and since they are from a so-called bank, I knew this call was B.S. I didn't answer because their was no caller ID - just "unavailable" and my policy is, if you're unavailable, I'm unavailable. I have no credit under my nickname. I am not stupid and will not be calling them back. I just wonder how they got my cellphone number?
- Caller: First National of Omaha
- MarieVoicemail left, claiming to be First National Bank of Omaha. But if it's really First National Bank of Omaha, why does Caller ID say UNAVAILABLE? Even if it's not a scam, it's bad business.

- Disappointed in Oregon| 4 repliesBrittany from 1st Bank Card re: our personal bank. She left a message that she wanted to speak with my husband about our bank card. This is the card we have in association with our personal bank. We had just paid this card off, so we were wondering why on earth dear Brittany would calling...
We contacted our personal bank and they have no record of this phone number for 1st Bank Card, nor of any reason why anyone from there would have called us. Our bank is investigating Brittany. Apparently this is yet another attempt to get our personal information.
It is always important to call one's bank directly when a call like this comes in. With further research, this number, (800) 537-3302, turns out to be a telemarketer!!!! SHAME ON YOU, BRITTANY!- Caller: 1st Bank Card
