- My bank said not a phone number they useI called the bank, they said they NEVER call from 800 numbers and they NEVER as for your account or other info.
Think about it !!! If not a someone pretending to be a bank or other business,
Why is no information offered on the phone number that called you?
No info = scam
8?? # that called you not on bank website = scam
I've heard people have started using sites like www.prankdial.com and www.prankowl.com
To tie up the phone lines and it cost them money for the incoming calls.
Great idea if a lot of people do this.
Here is a number that comes up as out of area. However I traced the call to this number
877-390-9350
Myself and friends prank them daily Won't you join us.- Caller: Bank said not our phone number sounds like a scammer
- Splenda| 3 repliesCareful!!!! This isn't First Bank Card! I just phoned the actual number on the back of my First Bank Card and was told 800-537-3302 is NOT one of their phone numbers! Do not give out any personal information to this caller!!!!!!!!! ;)
- COgen replies to Caseyif that is the case, then could you please ask them to identify themselves? I do not answer any calls where I cannot tell who the caller is. EVER

- bank employee replies to thinkaboutityou an idiot, you would be surprised how many accounts fnbo (first national bank omaha) (first bankcard) REALLY OWNS!
- fnbo replies to SplendaFirst national bank omaha owns lots of accounts 1-800-537-3302 IS the collections dept for w.e credit card you have.
- KENUnwanted call from 800 537 3302 every few days or so, no one on the line
- country girlthis number is a nuisance. not any reason for them to call 6 times in a row/am a farmer/go to phone in barn - no one there, I am reporting them
- fnb employee replies to Disappointed in Oregon| 3 repliesMy name is NOT Brittany and the number you stated in your review is not a telemarketing number that is the line to our collections debt. So the only thing I can suggest is that you pay your bills on time and you wouldn't have to worry about getting the calls. So many people act upset that we call over money that YOU borrowed and YOU spent. Giving our bank a bad review because you fell short of the initial agreement should warrent a bad customer review towards you. People don't understand that this is our job. If you paid on time then there would be no reason to dial your number..........
- Kim replies to mr. rightIF this is a legit number as you claim...why have they called me 7 times in the last 24 hours? I have NO bank account with them. I have NO credit cards. All we have us a savings account with a local small town bank in Minnesota and we pay everything with cash..and have done so for years :)
- Better safe than sorryReceived multiple calls from this number, never a message. I looked up the number on this site, then called the number. I do have a First National Bank of Omaha card, and my payment was late due to an oversight. The fellow who helped me was most polite and had all my information. It's very easy for mistakes to be made: if you don't know who is calling you, make sure you find out before reacting, or giving any information at all. If the number is not for you and not legitimate, block the call and they will give up. Best not to trust any number you do not recognize, and best to find out all the facts before acting. It's unfortunate as well that many fine institutions have crappy people manning their phone lines, if you get an unpleasant person report a complaint to the company. Any company that cares about your business cares about how you are treated.

- GruffyddThis is a legit number - I had forgotten to make a payment on my business credit card and was contacted by this number to verify.

- Donna DuaneReceived calls from 800-537-3302 over the past couple of days. I never answer numbers I don't recognize. I will continue to ignore their calls.
Any credit card or bank institution I do business with should already have my information. I will not give any personal information out so anyone. - Sarah replies to fnb employeeWell let me tell you, you guys call all the time. I am the only one who pays bills in this house and none of ours are past due! I am very vigilant about paying all our accounts on time if not earlier than the due date, get it together and quit scamming!
- Jack replies to fnb employeeIf it's your collection department, why doesn't anyone pick up the phone? Maybe because they're too busy scamming everyone else?
- Anon the ThirdThis is so NOT First National Bank of Omaha! I closed my account with the bank last year after I moved out of state! I never answer any 800 numbers. If it's important, they will call back. Since they didn't call back, I'm assuming that it's a scam phone call.
- Caller: First National Bank of Omaha
- Call type: Debt collector
- CarinI got a call from this number saying it was First National Bank of Omaha and they needed to talk to me about my account. I called the number on the back of my credit card and customer service was able to determine that they had called me regarding my balance. I made a payment online, she was able to see it and all was resolved.

- Daddy's Curly Girl1-800-537-3302 was displayed on my caller ID after I picked up the receiver and nobody was talking there. This was early this morning, PT. Two hours later, another call from the the same phone number. I wonder is anybody trying to find out if I am not at home and rob me LOL::) By the way, I am not afraid of robbers, I am afraid there are some people even worse than that.
