I am 38 years old and they (Chase) contacted my parents and my brother they told them I was late in making my payment. They gave them both detailed information about my account. I have not lived with my parents for over 18 years. When I called Chase to inquire they were very rude and said the only phone number they have in my file is mine home & cell. It is strange they called both my parents & brother (who as well do not live together). I used both as a reference when I got my loan. Chase said they would have a Manager call me and I never heard from anyone.

800-548-916  id is a Chase number.  My husband went overseas year before last and when he came home I thought he paid the taxes with the income tax and he thought I did.  We got it paid and are current but because of that one snafu everything is offically fubared.  They even call my 14 year old on her cell while she is at school.  How the heck did they get that number...

Sounds like a collection agency. A fake one at least. Last time I tracked them down, the fingers pointed at ER Solutions.

Send them a letter "Cease and Desist" and another "Validate Debt"

These Mada Nutters need to go to hell. Yes, they use upscale tactics to track you, convince, make you pay - so be careful before you pull out your wallet, you still don't know who your dealing with.

This is Chase Home Finance.  Chase begins calling just a couple days past mortgage payment due date, even before the grace period expires.  Some reps are nice and others, well....not so wonderful.  They will call and call and call until the payment is made.

Be fair.  This number has been calling me several times a day for the past week, and I only signed closing papers with Chase last week. There are many legitimate reasons Chase could be calling someone besides bill collection.  Whatever their reason for calling, Chase should not be repeatedly calling and not leaving messages.

Recieved my new telephone number on 30 May 08.  Since then I have received a call every other day from 1-800-548-7916.  They never leave a message.  Does anyone out there have a mailing address for Chase.  I want to shut them down with a Cease Further Communication letter.

This # is Chase Home Finance look for $$. I was few days later on payment. But they already call me 4+ times a day. I called Chase mortgage to let them know I will be later for payment and they said it's ok as long as under 15 days. But they still call like hell. Chase Bank will CHASE you down!!

The are a chase mortgage, they collect and see if they can if what is going on with your mortgage. I called them to find out. After speaking to 6 people , they gave me that answer.

So it's all dealing with mortgage.

They are a collecting department at Chase Bank. They collect on credit card or mortgages. Depends on what they want you for.

If you don't want them to call you any more. Just tell them you boss will not allow anymore of these phone calls. Once you say that. They have to take you off the list.

It doesn't have to be tither.  My phone number is listed under my initials, they constantly call my house asking for someone with the same initials but not my name. I have told them numerous times that I am not the person they are looking for but the calls continue.

They are from Chase and they are trying to collect. You need to send them a letter and ask to stop doing that.

Chase has come by my door and left a message for me to get in contact with them. That is not suppose to happen. I spoken to attorney about it and they are going to open a case and work on the problem.

If you ever need to reach a live person at Chase mortgage quickly, this is a great number.  The Chase automated system was down for maintenance today (Sunday) and I was worried I wouldn't be able to make my Chase payment by phone (and would get charged a late fee).  None of the Chase phone numbers I had were being answered.

I stumbled across this number on the site here and gave it a shot.  It went directly to a live person and I was able to get my payment made.

Call several times a day, at home & at work.  When I answer, they just breathe & hang up. I called Chase to let them know. They removed my phone #'s from the contact info, but they still persist.  I'm not late on any payments.

Whoever is calling is driving my ill husband and myself crazy.  We have never been past due on any bill since we married 40 yrs ago and I do not owe Chase anything.

They call early and late and I want it to stop.  I have requested several times for them to stop calling.  That is if a person is on the phone.  Sometimes it is just a recording or nothing at all.  It wakes us up all the time.

What can we do?  This should be illegal.

HOW DO U BLOCK THESE CALLS.......AS ONE SAID EARLIER..........FOR I AM UP TO HERE.....I HAVE HAD 6 DIFFERENT CHASE NUMBERS CALL ME....AND ONE WAS FROM CANADA....WTF.IS THIS CRAP???????????????.........
