you are so right cause i deal with chase and they seem to take your money and do whatever they want and then say you owe because they have paid land taxes for me when i didnt ask now say that i owe them and it's been over 2years since i opened my account with them so why am i now being charge for escrow

I work for a law office that helps people with loan modifications, etc. We deal with lenders everyday, and Chase is no exception. THIS IS NOT A CHASE NUMBER! These are scam artists that take advantage of people in a vulnerable state. They might send you letters as well - suspicious letters that have very little information on them, to the point where it looks like it's been printed up on Microsoft Word in 10 minutes. There's no signature, or even a company logo!

SERIOUSLY, BEWARE! All you have to do is ignore/block them.

Got a letter from Chase saying I was past due and that my irresponsible credit handling was triggering an array of actions unless I immediately remitted the past due amount of $0.00. Called this number and the person said, "Oh, yeah. A lot of those are going out for some reason. You're fine." (paraphrased) The concept of customer service and Chase have never been introduced, it seems.

I am a seventeen year old girl who is clearly not affiliated in any way with Chase, but I am getting calls from them at least 2-3 times each day. I am also receiving private calls 2-3 times a day that started at the same time as the Chase calls. No message is ever left.
