Six calls to my cell phone in less than a minute.
I am not sure what the calls are about because I do not have any unpaid debts and if it was for someone else, I would not give anybody's personal information to a stranger over the phone.- Caller: ? 800-580-7611
- I am seeking legal actionBeen getting these for a couple weeks. This morning i received a call and AGAIN missed it (it was f*$%^ 7:30am) and called back.......Asked to be removed from the call list and this guy Joe P. replied asking for a case number and that's where it got kinda weird. I told him i didn't have one and he started asking if I knew Barbara and Erica and Chad and (after again stating i didn't have any idea who that was) he starting telling me to not get an attitude and proceeded to yell at me for 5 more minutes about where Barbara is, so after hanging up and redialing i asked to speak to a manager and waiting 10 minutes for a guy to tell me if i called again he'd press charges against me for harassment. WHAT?! That's freaking laughable dude. So i called back about 20 times not saying anything and letting it stay silent and this dude started bragging about his $70,000 car and being at the strip club and how they have "government phones" so they have all my info so calling in is just "making him more and more money" and blah blah blah SOOO. I'm definitely seeking legal services at this point. Not because "they have my information" because they don't have sh%t, but because after seeing these comments of OTHER PEOPLE dealing with this, something needs to be done with these fraud scammers.

- Tean de replies to StevenThis is what I do I answer the phone but don't say hello just answer the phone and then hang it right back up. Just a good clean fun way for an old gal to get her kicks I guess
- AnneJust had a call this morning --woke us up, too-- it was ID'd '800 Service' but my husband picked it up anyway (those are usually scams, someone else's debts, or telemarketing), and got a recording: "Please remain on the line regarding an important matter". Well, he remained on the line but no one got to it soon enough and he hung up. I suspect that now we'll be getting more calls from these people, since their system would have noted the live answer. We'll see!

- IDKYUR CallingThis company is a debt collector. When I attempt to visit any part of their page google warns me that they have malware and/or viruses and it is unsafe. This usually means that when you visit their website they have some embedded code that runs on your machine to extract personal data to aide them in hunting down collections. Very shady. And IDK if this is real, but it looks as if they do perform collections for the Govt per this website's contract data. It is a .gov website. But i am not for sure what it is. https://www.gsaadvantage.gov & https://www.gsaadvantage.gov/ref_text/GS23F0293K/GS23F0293K_online.htm. If you look for it, that second link has phone numbers, extensions, and email for the upper management. Some other information I gathered from googling mentioned Student Loans. I do have student loans, however, I am still a currently enrolled student and do not have to pay back any loans yet. So they are not in default, and I get regular statements and communication from the load originators. This is the first call I have received from them. Here is data from Bloomberg with contact info and upper management as well. http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/priv ... capId=222804771 Here is one upper employee's fbook https://www.facebook.com/shanna.osbornschrock. I have her address but won' post it since you can get it from google. Here's linkedIN results for people affiliated with FMS inc. https://www.linkedin.com/vsearch/f?type=all&k ... 3&search=Search
