i answered they said fms co. push one for rep. or they would hang up.
which they did. i wanted to know who they are.

I keep getting calls from 1-800-580-7611 and no message is left. I tried to call them and received a recording say the company name is f.m.s.

I keep getting calls from this number.  They never leave a message.
I called the number back and a recording says FMS and connects me to an operator.  I told them I was returning the call from the number showing on my caller ID and she said OK, What number did we call with the area code first? and I said well, if you don't know, this call is over, and I hung up.

I looked up FMS and it shows a website of federal government collections

They keep calling with prerecorded calls saying that someone wants to speak with me. I have never called them and wish that they would stop calling.

They also call from 866-674-0159, as well.  But usually, that number has been "disconnected" when you attempt to call back.

this number keeps calling,left a message a couple of times..this is on my cell phone. I FINALLY PUT THEM ON CALL LIST OF DNA..DO NOT ANSWER..AND SAVED IT TO MY PHONE...I DON'T ANSWER CALLS LIKE THIS.. I DON'T HAVE TO...THATS MY RIGHT AS A US CITIZEN...GOD BLESS AMERICA

After several calls always asking for someone I have never heard of at all- I finally called and told them I have had my number for a year and a half.  I spoke to a Richard.  He said they would remove my name.  But, get this-- they asked for the same woman who the nefarious 866-530-3790 also called for. The woman at that number also said she was taking me off her list.

Same story as all of you. Don't know the person they're asking about and I'm not going to answer their questions.  Call them and Threaten them with your State Attorney General and that will stop them.  Then follow up with a complaint to your State Attorney General.

They have nothing to do with the Government. They are a Collection Agency and have a reputation for rude, combative behavior. The are in the business of harrasment.

I've been getting these calls for someone I've never heard of nearly daily for three weeks - and I've had this number for 8 years. I have a limited call plan on my home phone since I rarely use it so I pay for every incoming call over a certain number.

at least three or four times a week this reported number calls my home, but does not respond when I answer.  I do not wish to have them calling me for anything, let alone not responding when I answer.

They called and I answer then listened to a record asking for someone in very foreign name I cannot believe I could try to pronounce. I called back, they answer as FMS and told them that I am going to report them to FCC. Since no one lives with that. Hoping that the growing complaints will get them going.

This company is a legit company in the collection industry it is not spam I have personally had to work out arrangements with them on something that just slipped my mind

Your number was probably not the only number called and they wanted to make sure that they had the correct infomation

I had a debt with OG&E which I was willing to pay...through FMS. The problem with them is, they screwed up my routing number causing my payments to get jacked up as well as the payment arrangement dates. Again, causing my bank account to get messed up and they were very unwilling to re-imburse me for over draft charges that THEY caused. Not cool customer service whatsoever.

Received a call today. The recorded message said to push 1 to talk to someone to let them know I'm not the person they called for. I pushed 1 and the recording kept saying that I must be the person they are calling  because I didn't push 1(even though I did push1)and there will be a 3 second delay and then I would hear private information that noone else should hear. Finally,after I pushed 1 four times a few seconds another recording came on saying there was noone available to help me. These prerecorded messages should be outlawed. They are a pain!

You can have your phone carrier put a 90 day block on your phone. that is what I did.

Same story they are looking for a Alejandro Costa... They call about 3 times a day to my cell phone and they like to call early in the morning on Saturdays. Please file a complaint to the FTC at

and the number that calls you that is the auto message is 800-580-7611 and their contact number where you can get a live person is 888-877-4235. The company name is FMS... hopefully with enough complaints these blood suckers will go out of business.
