800-591-8729  a Kelly regarding a natural Gas account..I guess telemarketer.

I got the same call today but it went to my answering machine and the woman didn't leave a name.

Kelly with BSE calling about my natural gas account... funny thing is... I don't have natural gas... my guess would be its a telemarketer wanting to see if they can get me to switch to natural gas...

Message on work phone from a Kelly about a natural gas account.  No such account ever - in fact you can not even get natural gas here - only propane.

Kelly wants me to call her back regarding my natural gas account.  Sounds very offical expect I have no idea what she's calling about.  PG&E is the one and only supplier of natual gas to my area.  Must be a misleading telemarketer.

Julio just called on my cell phone regarding the same thing and insisted I get my PG&E statement while he waited because he was seeing if I qualified for their program. I told him DO NOT Call me again and take my number off of their call list. Now, I'm filing a complaint on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. I hate telemarketers who this they can CON me.

I just got the same call 11/05/2010 12:54 PM PST in California, on my CELL PHONE - The guy wanted to know if I was the person responsible for the gas bill.  I kept asking him who he was, what company he was with.  He asked me if this was a residence.  I told him, "You have still yet to identify yourself."  He said he must have a wrong number and hung up.

Kelly from BSE Natural Gas called regarding our gas account - call back number and number on caller id is 1-800-591-8729.  We don't have an account with this company - telemarketers I am assuming.

My phone at work just blew up for 10 minutes straight, call after call with no one on the other end.  Called our phone company to find out the calls were coming from this number.  No one answers of course when I call them.

Received a call from the same number just now, and I Googled the number while it was ringing.  Thanks to your comments I didn't bother answering the phone.  Grateful for all of the input that came before me...will save me time in the future!

Received a call from someone named Jay. Wanted me to give him my PG&E account number. Said his company was working with PG&E and that it was a government program to save money on my gas bill. When I told him I'd call PG&E, he said to ask for a supervisor because just anyone who answered the phone might not know about the program.

Got two messages left on my answering machine this week by Kelly from BSE? about my gas account and left this 800 number to call back.  Same as some of the other posts I have no gas account of any kind.  Assume they are just cold calling every number fishing for suckers.  I though the do not call registry was supposed to take care of these types of calls.

I get call EVERYDAY and I only use PG&E. I called the number back to be removed from their list but of course no one answers and their mailbox is full.

Someone from BSE (blue spruce energy) called and spoke to my husband, who told him to call back in an hour and talk to me because I handle the bills. The man called back in an hour and I started grilling him on who he was and he finally said blue spruce energy. He said he would wait until I got my PG&E bill. I asked him what info he needed from the bill and he said he needed the rate schedule to see if we were eligible for their program. I asked him for a web site address so I could find out more and he said bse.com. When I pulled that address up it was all about stock trading and nothing to do with energy. I looked on PG&E's site and there is a supplier called UET dba blue spruce energy out of Colorado. There was a customer service address on PG&E's site and it is customerservice@bluespruceenergy.com. I'm going to write a letter of complaint because this "rep" was so rude and we have no interest in their company. I haven't sent it yet to see if it goes through or not. I intend to write to PG&E to see if this company is really on the up and up.

I received a message on my cell phone, but the caller's name was cut off; I just heard BSE and the number to call back regarding my "natural gas account"  I thought they had reached my number in error since I do not have and have not had any natural gas accounts in my name for over 7 years.  I always google the numbers now. Glad to find these posts.  It smells like a scam to me or, at least deceptive business practice..

Same Kelly, same message--I do have natural gas but it's supplied by PG&E.  Go AWAY!

I got the same call on my cell,. I asked Kelly what BSE is & what is this about natural gas? Then she said she must have the wrong number & hung up,..what a waste & hassle,.. Well I hope they get charges filed against them by the FCC, SEC & who else you can think of.

SAME-O  ... THIS IS A SCAM.  WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE A GAS ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH OUR NUMBER.  WHEN  I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR CALL LIST THEY SAID I HAD TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR... SUPERVISOR TRIED TO PUMP FOR INFO.... BEST RESPONSE IS TO ASK THEM FOR "THE PASS CODE"  WHEN THEY ASK WHAT CODE, SAY, " THE CODE YOU NEED TO ACCESS THE NEXT LEVEL." WHEN THEY EXPRESS CONFUSION, TELL THEM "THE DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY WILL RETURN YOUR CALL SHORTLY".....SAY GOOD BYE AND HANG UP.
