- John DoeGrace period? No such thing! Nothing is free you pay intrest you fools!!!!!
- John Doe*Pay your bills on the due date or payoff ur charged off accounts and you wouldnt recieve calls....You signed a contract that you would pay on the due date and not after. If dont like it dont get the loan, all banks have the same policy.

- AndyI was getting a phone call once a day for three weeks before I called them back.I talked to a lady who asked me for my Soc.Sec# right off the bat. I said no, and then she read off a list of companies,PNC,being one of them. I said yes. she then asked me for my checking acct.#. I told her no. She then said someone would call me back. No one did. I called PNC,And I was told that is not how they contact their customers. I called their security division, told them what was going on, gave them the phone number, told them that they were getting a bad rep. on the net. About a week later the phone calls stopped.

- trandell replies to Daised| 2 repliesIf your due date is the 4th of the month, on the 5th in the morning they are calling already. They're relentless. We will never bank with them again. They are rude, obnoxious, and I can't believe they're still in business.
- PHILIKACall everyday for a month never say anything hang up.
- J HiceThis call is very annoying - no one is ever there; even when you call back it goes back to the same message - "sorry to keep you waiting" and then hangs up. I'd love to report them and have criminal or civil charges brought for harrassment. I get these calls at least 5 x a day; by the way also have no reason to believe credit issue related. Help!!!!

- MicheleI've had this number call twice. I've read here people say it's PNC . I do have a savings and checking with them , but never a loan. I have a visa but have never been late. guess I'll be calling PNC to complain tomorrow.
- Rational person. replies to trandell| 1 replyThe reason they're still in business is because they weren't interested in subprime lending like National City was (which is why they were FORCED to buy them). If you really think about it there's a reason why National City is no longer in business and PNC is.
The government didn't have to bail PNC out either, they didn't need it. They do the same things every other bank does. - john doe*** replies to debbieYou cant afford to pay your bill on time you idiot how you gonna afford a lawyer. hahahaha
- Big Kahuna replies to Rational person. These guys are idiots. I have a second mortgage with them and if you are one day into the 10 day grace period they call you at least 4 times a day. then on the fifth day they mail you this form letter threatening a neg mark on your credit report. Never missed a payment in 8 years.I called them and they have very rude customer service staff. I explained that living on the West coast sometimes the mail takes a little while especially with the bad weather this year.
- Harry replies to AvitalI paid my loan within three days of it being due. Further, it is a scond lien on a loan which I clearly should not have taken. I was two days overdue....they called me 17 times. I find it laughable actually. I will continue to find it laughable. I would love to know the person that I get on the phone if I actually ever answer. I get it. I should have paid it on time. I also get that I never should have taken this loan. That said, I do not need a person who does not understand well, "pretty much anything" asking for my number. If I am in default, fine, but missed by three days, I do not need some embarassingly stupid moron asking for my SSN.

uh, der. - LindaI just got a new telephone number and am daily getting calls from this number from early morning until late evening. It starts out playing "I'm so in love with you" ... Then a recording finally comes on saying "if you do not wish to hold, call us back at 1-800-642-6323." I am sick of it. I do not know who the company is.
