- haha replies to Manderswell there manders, you cant even spell the word 'right' correctly, so chances are high that you aren't intelligent enough to manage your finances either.
- calm down replies to Can't stand some peopleand understand that that is why they are calling... to find out why you aren't holding up your end of the bargain
- durr replies to john Doemmk they don't call themselves debt consolidation. Pay your bill on time and you have nothing to worry about. Try reading your contract too.
- Well informedStop bitching they call a day after your due date cause your account is past due first off its a attempt to collect a debt so stop whineing about harrasment if someone owed u money would u wait 8 days after they said they would pay u hell no. Get your money right and pay by the due date. And u wouldn't get calls and if u don't like the calls just allow them to come repo the car problem solved
- Like I'm Telling You replies to no calls| 1 replyHey, jerk. Did it ever occur to you that this company is actually scamming people? I just checked my credit report so I could get a loan for a house and this dumb company says I'm 90 days behind on a $20,000 loan I NEVER opened.
Explain how I'M scamming them and not paying my bills? A month ago I had a 700 credit score, now it's down to 620 because of this BULLSH*T...seems kind of shady to me.
Just because a person is a day or two late on a payment does not make them a scammer. Let me guess, YOU work for them? ha ha ha - barbara bosenthis bank is making unwanted calls to my home

- Lori replies to Marvin HamlischI am trying to contact CLC because I sold my property that is secured by CLC. When I look up the business, there isn't a contact number. :( the one phone number that came up was a 900 number, and it would cost $20 to get info. so sad!
- anonymous replies to MichelleI totally agree. There is a 15 day grace period on my mortgage loan through another lender & my CLC home equity line of credit. I am within my rights to utilize the grace period without being harassed EVERY day by CLC, beginning on the second of the month. I consistently pay my mortgage (which is due on 1st and 4x the amount of my payment with CLC) between the 13th - 15th, yet I have never received these "collection" calls from my mortgage lender. When I admonished CLC for calling me on the 3rd, they told me my payment is considered late although I am within my grace period. I told them, I am not "late" until you can legally charge me a late fee, which is on the 15th. Even though I can pay CLC on the 1st, I use my grace period and let them drive themselves crazy calling me 2-3 times a day only to get my voicemail...
- ananto roybefore three months submit loan settlement hdfc personal loan but i hv no response your executive.

- Samantha replies to Irritated ConsumerI have not received a single phone call from these people less the one time I did not make a payment in full and they were inquiring about the rest. You clearly did not make a payment on your truck. If you truly think you didn't miss a payment, why don't you just pick up the phone and speak with the person? You've wasted more of your minutes letting them continue to call rather than speak with them for 10 min. You will get absolutely nowhere trying to file a harassment claim.
- Samantha replies to Like I'm Telling YouThis company is not scamming anyone. I've called this number directly to get refunded an additional payment I made on my loan by mistake. I received the check. I deposited it into my bank account. Zero scam. Consider getting Lifelock, friend.
- just pick up replies to Annoyedpick up and tell them you paid (if you have) or consider paying your bills to begin with.
- Amen replies to Young Marvin HamlishThis person has said it all.
- angrygirl replies to Can't stand some peoplei agree girl..those people dont have a heart.may the good Lord touch these people.
- Noyo replies to yo| 4 replies@yo you are an ID 10 T error. No banks shouldn't wait till you are 30 days late to call. At 30 days past due your credit WILL take a hit. In the event you forgot you should be thanking them for the reminder before you ruin your credit. Also if you can't pay your loan within the grace period then you shouldn't have gotten the loan in the first place. You ultimately know what you can afford so don't go blaming the banks because you are either too stupid to manage your own money or too stupid to forgo buying whatever it is you bought with the loan. Lastly if that wasn't the case and you lost your job or had a real life event then call them before you are late to either make an arrangement or discuss repossession or sale of the collateral. That would be using your brain though. Why people try and hide from the bank and then complain when they get calls amazes me at their stupidity.
- Gunnar replies to NoyoDo you enjoy preaching to people who posted 8 years ago? If so...
Skeff Ett Liv!
Gunnar - Tygerkat replies to NoyoWhy are you here? You must have gotten a call from this number, right? So you really shouldn't be calling other people idiots for not paying their loan when you did the same thing.
- TheRealSeriously® replies to Noyo| 1 replyWhat amazes me is YOUR stupidity in thinking anyone would believe the crap you just posted. Hypocrite much or are you just a stupid shroll?
- Tygerkat replies to TheRealSeriously®I vote hypocritical shroll.
- LauraGetting calls from this number like I'm the only one on their call list. Yesterday 4 times, today at least 8. It's ridiculous. Even if it were a legit debt that's past due, that's insane.
