Sat. morning, Payment due date 24th, 10 day grace period, double paid last month, balance due $12.84 (?), 5 calls about 28 mins apart, wakes everyone up after a bad night, 12 calls Friday alone, 4 on due date, trying to get me to pay the $12.84 plus the next payment not due for a month, really??? This is pure harassment and bulling-stated I will pay their $12.84 on Tuesday if they don't call again this weekend. If they would have acted right they would have gotten another double payment from me but that wont happen now. From now on I will wait the whole grace period just because I can!!! I will never deal with PNC again. I will seek legal advice if they keep doing this crap and file suit.

If you read your loan agreement, the double payment simply went to principal.  It is not like you can make a double payment and then not pay the next month.  As to using up the grace period, I can assure you that will result in calls as well, as it would with any lender.  The due date is the date the payment is due.  End of story on that.  They simply give you a grace period in case your payment gets delayed so that you do not incur late charges.  Again, read your contract and try to understand what you signed up for.  I doubt you will get anywhere with legal advice or a lawsuit since creditors are not covered under the FDCPA.

I didn't answer, left no message.  If it is PNC, I do have an auto loan with them. The due date was 11-27. They send the statement each month, I get it in the mail two days before the due date. Send it out and of course, it doesn't arrive First Class Mail until after the due date. Although I send the payment out and it gets post-marked by the post office that it was sent out by or before the due date. Yet they don't receive it until after and they call me like sharks. I've been banking over 22 years and have used several financial institutions for auto loans. I only chose them since their rate was good. My mistake. Going to try and refinance to get away from them.

I received a recorded phone call from 228-327-4044 at 10:47 pm Tues night. This had better never happen AGAIN.

Then why are they sending me TEXT balance alerts every 30 seconds???? I have banked with PNC for a long time and TODAY I will cancel my account and join another bank.  PNC needs to get their [***] together.  Seems that I'm constantly having one "issue' after another.  I have about 50 text alerts since 2 am and its 8:36 am now.  I have deleted my app on my phone and called customer service.  I also deleted my number from the alert option on my PNC account.  Still getting alerts?!  DONE!

receive numerous calls telling me to call the number, I called them and its PNC Bank, I asked who they were trying to reach as they are calling a business.  Do to HIPA laws they could NOT tell me who they were trying to reach.  I told her that I'm not asking what this is about, just who they want to talk to, they are auto dialing a business.  I finally got a name.  I told them to STOP auto dialing us and she said she couldn't stop it.  Ridiculous.   I told that person to call PNC Bank.  I don't know if they did or not.  Now, it just calls and hangs up after one ring.  Bad Business.

I know you likely won't return to see my reply but others will so this is for them: calling the number in no way verifies this number is not a scam, has not been spoofed, and is not a phishing attempt.

I am tired of these calls.  I do not even know what a PNC bank is.

We do not have nor have we ever had any account with them. We are current on every loan and credit card. SCAM!

I googled the number to find out who it supposedly belongs to.  My issue is if the call is legitimate, why not leave a message, even if it is automated instead of continuously calling.  Payment with them is due on the 12th.  It's always made within a couple of days before or after depending on when my bank does the transaction.  Crazy thing is I never got a call from this number until the car was totaled.  I am paying off the balance of the loan left after the other driver's insurance paid.  And I am still not convinced it is legitimate because the person on the phone wanted a load of personal information before even saying who they are and what they are calling about.  She never did say she was calling from PNC; but she wanted my social.  Um...that's a no.  She claimed it was to verify who I was.  Lady you called me.  Did she ask for birth date? Address? Nope, went straight to social security number.  Car loan I paid off before this one was a horrid bank.  They would call the day before the payment was due; but they always left a message saying who they were.  May not be a scam; but it's scam like behavior.

Calling several times a day. I do not owe money. I have blocked them. I suspect it's a scam, if not, they can contact me through a more secure means.

I got this call today and the lady knew my name and immediately asked to verify my address. When I said no, she said there is a very important issue with my account. I hung up and called PNC directly. Oddly enough, the number aligns with a PNC number, but the guy verified all of my accounts and there was no issues and he has no idea why I was called. I want to say scam, if scammers have figured out how to piggyback off legit company numbers 🤷🏽‍♀️

Well, you can say scam!
It is a process called "spoofing" and scammers have been doing it for years.
They want you to believe that the call came from the real company and not a scammer.  They will just pose as that company and try to get personal information from you so they can access your account and/or steal your identity.

This is PNC's affiliated, CLC Consumer Services. If you receive a call from the, ignore them, and call PNC Bank at 1 (888) 762-2265. I receive calls from these weirdos every month when my payment hasn't processed right on the due date. They seem to not have access to all of my account information, since they can't see that a payment is processing. They cannot even tell me what the loan is for, and often claim that I am behind on several payments. Calling the main PNC number, the reps have assured me that my account is fine, they also think it's very odd that I'm receiving these calls.

Don't answer. Don't give them your social when you pick up. Just hang up and call the real PNC.
