The caller ID shows up as FEB with number 1800-642-7676

Spam call / virus with Microsoft.
NEEDED TO ACCESS MY COMPUTER

I got a call from this number. It was a gentleman not speaking English so I asked him to talk to me in English please. He said I am speaking English B****. I want to f*** you. It showed up as Xbox Live. I returned the call and spoke with a supervisor who is supposed to investigate the call

Recently got a call from this number and it went to voicemail. They asked me by name...i could hear in the background in an indian accent people laughing and arguing with a customer. One man even said "sir, take a chill pill" and everyone cracked up. SCAM!!

Calls several times es a week.  Foreign accented man stating they are from Windows department at Microsoft.  Definite scam!

It's funny cause I don't have a computer..Told me I had someone try and hack into my email..I told her I didn't have a computer and she hung up..coincidence?..not sure..lol

called today on cell phone pick up male with thick accent, he was singing some song finally he says hello i say what can i do for you he says do  i own this phone once again i say what can i do for you, he says is your name Amy? i say who he says Amy then spells out Amy I say No Amy is Dead D.. E.. A..D he hangs up lol

I wasn't home, the call came from that number and it indicated the company or persons name was FEB.  thanks for the info.  I'm pretty sure Microsoft wouldn't call you out of the blue....check out Jolly Roger Telephone Co.  on Facebook, he has fun with these scammers keeping them on the line with his bots

It's a scam. it was "Bob" from MS Technical support called to "help me with the Windows computer."  Oopsie--I have a Mac. They spoof Microsoft's number. I blocked it.

My call was horrible like yours. I was threatened with rape and horrible lanugauge. I followed up with the real Microsoft as well as a police report cause luckily I had quickly turned my phone recorder on. Not real Microsoft. Sorry to hear others have suffered this too.

This has to be a scam. Microsoft does NOT call unless you've had very recent tech support and only after you've contacted THEM first if memory serves. I have not called them in years. Wierd. I've blocked them.

They started early this AM and called later this fternoon.  Left no message.  Have blocked that number now.'

Do not give these people any info for any reason,don't answer block this number scam also block (725)999-6243 scams do not answer .

These people are terrible keep calling my cell have no clue how they get our information government needs to protect our privacy in a better capacity this mess is crazy!! Soon as I heard the accent I hung up and blocked these cowards

Microsoft Windows Support.  I love wasting their time.  These scammers are stupid and I love testing intelligence and the phone calls usually end in profanity.  Two conversations with them and they usually stop calling.  Don't give them personal info.  If they have your name, give them a fake name and correct them.

Lady say's she is from the Cyber Security Office of the World Wide Web, I asked what was wrong with my computer she hung up, I knew it was a scam just like the other couple of hundred calls I have gotten over the past 10 years

I get several calls a week from this number --- it is apparently really Microsoft. If I answer, after a few seconds, a recorded voice says, "good-bye."    When I have tried to reach customer service in order to tell them to stop, I get a ridiculous answering service (recording).  When I say customer service, I get transferred to another section which gives long listings of their various services, which NEVER leads to a human voice.  If you then get Customer Service, again not a real person, you eventually wind up with them wanting a $5.00 refundable fee to help you with your problem!!!!     NEVER A REAL PERSON.  I will never pick up on them again, it's useless.
