Your snarkiness is uncalled for. I'm just pointing out that it's hard to determine what is the actual amount owed. And based on previous comments, folks have stated that they don't issue paper bills.

I don't trust billing companies that give unreadable invoices online or only over the phone without actual paper statements.

Text from (248) 602-2768. Supposedly owe a balance to a radiology firm. At the end, it said, "Reply STOP to discontinue." I did. The response was that I am now "opted out" and will no longer receive messages. Something's not right about this.

Same number as everyone else here but mine was for Ohio. Thought it was strange to get a text and almost click the link to pay for it. I have gone to the doctor's a few weeks ago but I think I'll wait till I get a bill in the mail instead. Better to be safe than sorry.

I got an email asking for payment, that included this number. What I was supposed to be paying for, the email did not say. Email was supposedly from the hospital where I had an ultrasound performed a while back, but my patient portal account shows no balance due. I alerted their main billing office and the lady there told me I did the right thing by reporting this suspicious email. No way I'm clicking on any "pay here" link from "Click2Pay.us". They didn't even address me by name, just "Dear Patient." As someone else said, something's not right here. And even if it turns out the charge is legit, these people need to get their act together - so unprofessional!

It appears that this would be the bill from the doctor and not the hospital.  It looks like I already posted the Whois.com data on page 1 of this thread.  Doing a little more research I found the company website:

Tracked this down by directly contacting the office of the radiologist who read the ultrasound (not the phone number on the email). The email is indeed legit; however, I told the lovely lady in the radiologist's office that it would help immensely if their billing service would properly identify both the doctor and myself, the patient, in the email. As written, the email is extremely vague and highly suspicious, especially for paranoid people like me who have been scammed before. I also mentioned that the number included in the email (800-657-2514) shows up on various unwanted call sites as a scam. As it was, I only owed $28 and I was able to pay that over the phone.

Received text from (supposedly) Dr. Charles Gibbs... Dr. Gibbs is a radiologist in Parsons, Ks... I've never been to Parsons hospital. They wanted me to click on a link, or call 800-657-2514, to pay a medical bill. Glad I suspected a scam. I looked up the phone # they said to call, & found all these reports. SCAM!

Got a text from this number 1-682-226-7506 said Oklahoma radiology group,pc reaching out at the number u provided reguarding your medical balance to click on some website then said to call this number 800-657-2514 found it weird since when do they text u from a number to tell u call this number for speak someone bought a bill i never ever before got text messages say pay medical bill at this number dont they usely send u a bill in the mail not text is this a scam

I received the same message but the name they used as a company was Diagnostic Radiology Specialists.  Same text and same phone number.  I called the number and it quickly disconnected after it seemed like an automated voice response started to speak.

SCAM!!!!   Got the same text message.  Just had an mri but had paid my copay.  I clicked on the link but brought up some page to enter all my information.  Blocked the number.....

Accompanied an SMS message "Radiology Associates of Albuquerque, PA is reaching out at the number you provided regarding your medical balance. To view/pay please click: https://sms.click2pay.us/pay/[redacted]. To speak with us, call (800)657-2514. Reply STOP to discontinue."

Really? Click on a link "click2pay.us" that comes from an unknown sender in a text/sms message? No, thank you.
