I received the same message but the name they used as a company was Diagnostic Radiology Specialists.  Same text and same phone number.  I called the number and it quickly disconnected after it seemed like an automated voice response started to speak.

SCAM!!!!   Got the same text message.  Just had an mri but had paid my copay.  I clicked on the link but brought up some page to enter all my information.  Blocked the number.....

Accompanied an SMS message "Radiology Associates of Albuquerque, PA is reaching out at the number you provided regarding your medical balance. To view/pay please click: https://sms.click2pay.us/pay/[redacted]. To speak with us, call (800)657-2514. Reply STOP to discontinue."

Really? Click on a link "click2pay.us" that comes from an unknown sender in a text/sms message? No, thank you.

Whois information for that domain.  It has been up since 2017.  Since you redacted the last part I didn't have enough to learn more.  However it does look like they identified themselves.

I received a text with a link to click to make a payment on my bill or to call to speak with them @ 1-800-657-2514. I was suspicious, because why wouldn’t the local radiology department call me if I had a bill…. I also received my explanation of Benefits in the mail the same day showing I owe nothing.

Received a text today about having a balance from some imaging.  I know I didn't have a balance as I just received the claim info and it showed it was all covered by my provider.  Didn't click any links or call the number.

I received the text message about paying a balance with a link and number to make payment.  I responded "Mail the bill. You should have the address."

I received an email from the "supposed," billing dept. of my local hospital. I just had a couple of procedures, but what tipped me off was the click and pay. Obviously a scam. However, I did call the number. I asked their location, and he said Columbus, Ga. I'm guessing these emails, texts, and calls are from India, as the guy spoke English, but with a very heavy Indian accent.

Got the same text as all the others. I don’t pay money to anyone that sends a text! Blocked the number!

This number is legitimate, although tracking this down took some time.  If you would like to check on your bill call June in Columbus, Georgia at 800-666-1816.  My bill came via an email.  Turns out that the hospital that billed me (in Durango, Co.) for the MRI does not bill for the Radiologist who reads the MRI, therefore it is billed separately through MSN Healthcare Solutions through Click2pay.

Maybe "this number is legitimate" (or maybe not) but that doesn't mean all calls or texts from it are. Or have you somehow never heard of phone number spoofing?

I got a text about a radiology bill with this number to call.

I got a text today from 682-226-7506. Saying to call the 800# back. I did go to the emergency room on the day the bill is for. However, the "click2pay" link seems suspicious.  I get a lot of spam messages. Though it does have all the info from the day I was at the er. But I remember them saying they would mail a bill to my address provided. I almost paid the link because it was just $34, and that alone seems kind of low.

Not sure if it is a scam but have to wonder if people going into the hospital are giving false phone numbers and it may lead to the comments of people saying they have no bills. Regardless, I am going to wait for something in the mail.

You remember the hospital saying that which doesn't have anything to do with the doctor bill.  As a matter of fact I would bet that you were told that there was going to be two different bills by signs in the ER and also on the paperwork that you signed allowing them to treat you.

Got it from Memphis Radiological PC, from (248)-602-2768 telling me to call 800-657-2514 or follow their link.  I wasn't giving any information without knowing precisely what it was for.  They didn't get me but almost convincing.

Scam! Under no circumstances should you call them or reply back to this text message.  That will just confirm you are a real person.  Just block the number and ignore.

I think that it is totally irresponsible of you to tell people not to pay their bills.  Maybe you should have checked into where that link leads to like I did?  You should know how to do it if you are an actual IT person.
