- Potential buyer or victim?Still almost daily calls a year after requesting my number be removed four times by phone. Most of these redundant calls are disconnected by their system or you hear people talking (not to you) with music in the background (tonight it was "The Doobie Brothers") while you are left saying "hello, hello". After working in a call center, it seems likely that some of their employees are "padding" their call stats. When occasionally reaching someone who bothers to attempt to sell, they are often rude and hang up the moment you express any sign that you are not interested. That would be fine, except they keep calling...
If this is a legitimate company, their efforts seem to be anti-marketing as more of us add our complaints to the web. Don't they realize this or that the people they reach are already upset after daily calls?
Google this company name "k-designers", "Kay Designers", or "k designers", the scam/fraud claims rise to the top of the search, right next to the company's website. This is an indicator of a website's popularity, which means lots of people visit the scam/fraud sites to report this company.
It turns out I am in the market for some products they are pushing, however their poor quality call center put up a red flag, then hundreds of calls since inspired me to take a look, which led to the numerous reports of phone harassment and con artist sales tactics on the web.- Caller: K-Designers

- Seattle home ownerThe caller is identified by Caller ID as Kay D. They never stop calling even though we have never answered. Absolute annoyance. We have our number in the Do-Not-Call list.

- KSRA man called a t 8:30 pm and started asking me questions about my home trying to get information but I told him he needed to tell me what product he was trying to sell me. He didn't but claimed he needed info from me to "qualify" me first for their discount. When I told him I was on the do not call list and I wasn't interested he got weird and hung up. It struck me as a strange phone call. He was trying to get info from me but wouldn't tell me what they were selling and he didn't have much of a pitch. pretty sure it's a scam. Do not give them information.

- JennyI have been receiving calls from K-Designers for almost 2 years. I have asked to be removed from their list at least 5 times. The last call was 3-5-11. I surprised myself with how rude I was to the salesperson. He said that it takes a couple days to be removed from the list. I responded that I had last requested over two months ago. The first call they were trying to sell windows, saying that we would get a discount if we let them put a sign in the yard. The second call was selling siding with the same deal. After that I started immediately telling them that I have already requested to be removed from their list. They always apologize but never take me off their list. I briefly worked as a telemarketer in college. We were always told that you had to remove someone from the list when they requested. Otherwise the telemarketing company is not in compliance with federal regulations.

- StephanieJust got this number and was called by K Designers, after googling the number and seeing these responses, I called them back and the guy said he would take me off the list. I asked to verify which number he was taking off, he said "Alright Ms. Green" Which is not my name, and I let him know that, and he very rudely said that I must be hearing things as he did not say that. He did not verify the removal of my number either, hopefully the calls will not be 10 a day as posted previously, as I work from home, and need to not be bothered. We will see! If I am not taken off the list, there will be action taken as these companies need not be bothering people in their homes, and scamming hard working people.

- leeneyI've gotten 3+ calls from this number. When I answer, they just hang up. Very annoying is right - I'd like to be added to their 'do not call list'.
- pegasusI have been on a no call list for many years. Do not call my number again. We are fed up with this harassment. No more.
- Good Grief replies to Kevin Spacy"for you homeowners that can't simply take a look at our product is bull."
Sorry, that is stupid. A company calls a person at home and that makes said person obligated to look at some product being pushed on them? I'm not obligated to do anything. I am certainly not obligated to take time out from working (yes, I work from home) to look at some product because someone randomly called me about it.
I'm nice to telemarketers, so long as they are respectful to me. When I say I am not interested, that is what I mean. It is not MY job to listen to a sales pitch. - crazo"toll-free"
we don't answer calls that appear on caller i.d. as tollfree, unknown, private, et al
once and a while, we will answer and pull their legs... continually asking them questions about who they are, what they want, why they persist, do they know what privacy is, etc. - always asking their name, their badge or employee id, their supervisor's name, the name of the chairman of the board, and all their i.d. numbers and phone numbers and direct addresses... and we don't give up until they hang up... sometimes that's fun, most times they are just annoying like rodents in the spring time sneaking in the house
it's always marketing, and always uninvited, the all american way of the almighty buck
we don't even have our answering machine on because we don't care to hear messages by them either - micky800-728-3902 and nobody answers
