I got a call today from "Investigator Fitzgerald" from the number 687-279-5441. They said that they have a case against me in Hillsborough County attached to the social security number ending in blah blah blah. I have gotten many calls from this number before and another one just like it from Lockport, NY. They both claim they have a criminal case against me about bad checks. Funny things is....I have NEVER written a check in my life with any of the checking accounts I have had....so how is it that I wrote a bad check? I have never had a box of checks associated with my accounts and refuse the starter checks when I open a new account. Funny how that works. When I call them back, they won't give me any info unless I give them my SSN and Driver's License number. They can go screw themselves. I have already filed with the FTC and local Attorney General. Next step to send C&D letters. [***] aren't getting my money.

i pay my bills so they must be a scam because i dont owe any body anything except my monthly bills ands its funnie they call my unlisted number during the day when nobdy is home you call back you get a frigin message machine

Sue Kevin Brown with the prior Brown Stein and Weissman personally and avoid all of the business name change issues.  I am sure he can get bilked for $1,000.00 a pop before he changes occupations.  Here is how you prove he is associated.  Walk into the front door of the Walton County Sheriff's Department front door and ask for the records unit.  Ask to file discovery on any reports for Kevin Brown.  They will give you a form to fill out and then you pay for the documents.  You will obtain Kevin Brown's date of birth, address and phone number.  I know there is one report with a very credible victim who had no outstanding debts.  This victim's wife was referred to as a "[***]" by one of the reps when she tried to explain that they had the wrong person and refused to provide her information.  They also refused to give their information.  She was called because their computer defaulted her phone numbers area code because they did not have the actual area code.  They did not verify the phone number before calling and threatening the inocent victim with prosecution.  Here is where they made the real mistake.  The victims husband is a police officer and he tracked them down.   The business address was a UPS store in Loganville Georgia.  This is where they received the debts.  The reps of UPS were kind and provided the info to Loganville P.D. and referred the case to Walton County Sheriff's Deputies who paid Kevin Brown a vistit at his home address where he operated the business.  They were not a legal firm.  They were a legit business violating every Federal Statute.  If you are willing to file a suite, I am pretty sure the victim's husband listed in the report would be more than willing to testify against Kevin Brown.  Mr. Brown, I am sure you will now realize the victim's husband was serious when he told you he would put is unhappy a-- in the front seat of his car and find you.  Well he did.  It is a year later and you are still committing the same violations.  You will be found just as easily again and this time you will pay for your crimes if any other victims need a credible witness to take you down personally without you hiding behind a fake business name.

Thanks for the info.  I will call you and you can give me all of Kevin Browns info.  I understand that you have acquired his home address, phone number, SS number, drivers license number, date of birth and other information.  I have posted a comment about your incident and how you can be contacted.  I know you have been woking on this for a year and it sounds like you have accomplished what you set out to do.  I am confident Kevin Brown will be broke and in Jail before long.  The question is, should someone call him and threaten him with arrest before law enforcement knocks on his door, so he can get the same stress he has been giving others.  Hey Kevin, if you are reading, you better call your attorney, if you really have a one.  If you think you do, ask them if they know Chandler and Britt in Buford.  If they don't, they will soon.

Sorry, his name is Kelvin Maurice Brown.  Appears his home that he was using as an office may have been foreclosed on.  Guess he doesn't pay his bills either

Funny thing is this guy Kevin (THE CROOK) Brown actually worked for me (unfortunately) as a collection agent, we soon understood what sort of person this guy is, i actually caught him making personal calls to his mistress during work hours while his pregnant wife was on the way to pick him up for lunch.

He is a crook and employs many illegal techniques and an awful attitude, which led to a very quick termination of contract for him.

Stay away from him or any of these so called companies he may be calling from, he is  a crook.

Shame i didn't know about who this guy really is before i hired him.
