Yep, I just got one in the mail. . . Birthday/Hilton/Walmart Gift Voucher.  I am ALWAYS very skeptical and do not participate in these things but was curious this time to google it and see what came up. Tearing it up right now!

I got the same card from Hilton offering a complimentary 3-day/2-night Hilton get a way, two complimentary round trip airfares to any major international airport in the continental U.S. and a week day bonus that includes $300 in Walmart gift certificates. I didn't bother dialing the number which is 1-800-813-6994. However, I immediately googled the number and found the above information.

I got this Happy Birthday card, too.  Offers two complimentary Round Trip Tickes through United, a 3 day/2 night stay at Marriott. Also, the $300 gift voucher for Walmart/Target.  Says to call 1-800-813-6994 - offer number PB007 ---- shredding it now.

This company is affiliated with timeshares. This is an attempt to get you to go to one of their resorts and sit thru the presentation and buy a timeshare.


Unless you want to purchase a timeshare, avoid this.

I received the same letter, however the call back # is 888-277-0021. Fortunately, I read this before actually calling.

just recieved a promo offer from United, saying happy birthday, even though my birthday was over half a year ago lol. it ofered a 3 day 2 night hilton get away with free two round trip airfares plus! a $300 gift voucher to either walmart or target!! offer number PA007!!! how could i resist! blech said to call 1-800-813-6994.

I got one of these except it was for $300 towards a laptop at Walmart or Target. Same phone number. It said Microsoft and Windows Embedded at the top. The complete lack of saying who or what I won this from made it seem fishy to begin with... So, I looked up the number and found this site.

Me too Nathan.... says "In Honor of your Birthday, we would like to give you a New Laptop/Notebook Computer Complete with a New Windows Operating System."  and the $300.00 voucher.  So tempting seeing as how I'm a techie.  On the back is Mark Licensing, INC.

I received a letter that said I was scheduled to receive a New Laptop computer plus $300 Walmart or Target Gift Voucher (if I responded within 72 hours). Same 188-813-6994 number to contact,

Got the same phone number but my card had the Microsoft logo and a "Powered by Windows Embedded" logo. Offering me a free laptop and an extra $300 voucher from Target or Wal-Mart if I called within 72 hours. How they can figure that out I don't know. Thought it was a scam and now I know for sure.

I can not believe that this thread is 3 years old.  Somebody must be calling to make it worth the scamers' while.

I got the card today.  There was no name, no address, no nothing except the SCAMMER'S TELEPHONE NUMBER 1-800-813-6994.

Mine has the 1-800-813-6994 number on it.  No info about who this is or where.

My husband received a Happy B-day promo in the mail for:  2 free round trip airfares from any major international airport, plus a 3 day/2 night Hyatt get-a-way to most Hayatt properties located in the continental USA, plus a $30.00 dinner card.  There is a Hayatt logo in the left top corner and a Travelocity logo further down.   Then there was an additional $50.00 hotelcardPlus.com bonus offer for responding in the next 72 hours.  So glad a googled the phone number in the offer!  (888-639-6990)

Okay – so has anyone actually received anything promised from anyone at this number, 1-888-639-6990 ?!

I got the same thing.  Since it was too good to be true, I wanted to check it out and found this.

I received a "Final Notice" mailer from West Palm Beach, FL, permit #3950. Inside had the United trademark logo and the words "Walmart & Target."  Text below the United Log says in part, " Our Promotional Department has scheduled you to receive a complimentary 3-Day/2-Night Hilton Get-a-way to many (sic) of the Hilton properties located in the continental USA. Offer includes TWO COMPLIMENTARY ROUND TRIP AIRFARES to any major international airport in the continental U.S.!!!!"

Just call and get free tickets, a hotel stay, and a $300 gift certificate. OK, the number was 800-813-6994.

Them: OK, that's the airline tickets and the $300 gift voucher plus the hotel stay, and those gifts are free, we just ask you attend a ninety-minute presentation on vacation travel. And we're located in Washington, DC. Are you willing to come to the presentation?
Me:Yeah, I think so, Now this is United Airlines the tickets are on?
Them: Um, can you hold on please?
(pause of about 20 second)
Them: I'm sorry, what was you asking, sir? (sic)

Me:I was just kind of confused because it's got the United Airlines logo on this.
Them: Yeah. No, those are just gifts for you to come and attend the presentation on vacation travel. Are you married?

Them: Ok, so you would bring your wife with you, and um, bring your IDs with the same address, and, um, are you between the ages of 28 and 69?
