Received a harassing call at 9:30 a.m. in the Morning. Yes they had the name correct, but I have a surprise for them, this is a harassing call. The call was formal and almost made me believe I was the guilty party. Listen there are 10 million people in the United States with my name. Make sure you have the correct person, and DONT CALL ME AGAIN

It's nationwide recovery about an old debt that was disputed. If you ever tell a collector these words "I am disputing this bill and given you notice under the Fair Debt Collection Act to stop calling they are not legally allowed to ever call you again" just FYI

I usually don't answer 800 numbers. I did answer this number. It was automated. It stated "If this is Amelia Wooden press 1,if this is not Amelia Wooden press 2". I didn't press either one. Just hung up.

This Nationwide Recovery Service. They left a message on my VM with some garble name. Telling my VM that by continuing to hold it acknowledged being "garbled name".  SMH

Just call in ask is this felicia but say nothing else

Debt Collector

Call in the evening, Cell phone identified it as spam so I did not answer. No message was left and I have no plans to call them back.

I got a call today from.this number,  caller I'd said vly thrift store. Asked for so so.  Anyway it was a recording. I hung up.called the number back and it said it was a debt recovery , also once again I hung up. How is it  legal for a debt collections use a thrift store name on caller I'd?

Actually you have the right to tell Bill collectors that you do not want call and you should give them an address for any correspondence to go to. You do have that right and you can ask the phone company to take action on the collection agency for phone harassment which is illegal.

They called me. when the person answered, I said "who are you, what are you calling about and why are you calling me"? The person started to say there was no need for my tone and I said my phone, my rules, don't like then don't call and hung up. It seems to have worked for a few days now. You can answer any dang way you want if it's your line and why should we be nice to [***] that are hounding folks regardless of any actual debt or even the right person ever answering. My phone carrier said there's no law about how you answer your personal phone so screw the jerks.

I receive multiple calls from this number. My caller ID states valley thrift store. How are debt collector or telemarketing aloud to use a fake name... Smh

I got 2 missed calls in a row for them; the second only last for half of a second before they must have clicked to go to voicemail. Then I got a message from them saying they were the Nationwide Recovery System debt collection company and asked me to call back.

Number lists on caller ID as Vly Thrift Store,  Answer and immediately disconnected by them.

Called me @ 5:19am (just about 10 minutes ago) I didn't pick up. They didn't leave message. I don't have any debt collections against me---could be a past one that has since been closed (?) & they're scamming. No bueno.

Caller ID says Vly Thrift Stores, but says it's a debt recovery service. Nice try A**holes. Dont know them...don't answer.

i am tied of this harassment.  They keep calling and with no explanation. When will it stop. I am on the do not call and block list

This # comes up under valley thrift store  on caller ID..frauds..Debit collectors. I blocked their number..only way I know it's a debit collector is previous statements.

Called and didn't leave a message. Came on here to check if it was legit and sounds like it's a bogus debt collector. I have a credit score of 830 and check on my debts weekly, so I know I don't have any bad debt, and haven't had since I was in college 20+ years ago. I may answer next time to see if the automated name is even mine. If they want to try and collect from the dispute I had in my college apartment all those years ago, it should make for a fun call ;D

Received a call from this number, instantly declined. Glad I looked it up and didn't waste my time talking to them
