Suntrust Blood Suckers. I bought a truck, have yet to receive a pay booklet. Have no account info from SunTrust so I brought a payment to the dealership. Suntrust called my 79 yr old mother last Sunday night at 9:30pm demanding $780.00 or they would take her son's truck. Told her she had to give them a ckeck immediately. Went to Suntrust Monday, the branch was sorry , they found the payment...not one bit or remorse from their collection staff about their tactics..what scumbags!

Called twice on Saturday and just called today, Sunday, April 5, 2009
at 2:06 PM.  Called and told them to remove our phone number.  We have no account with them.

Hey Tony, I'll pay my bill when the banks pay me back my part of the trillion-dollar bailout.

Thanks for the information.  We'll try that.  Most of the experiences with the phone callers has been extremely ugly.  Threats of repossession and hangups have been common.  I appreciate the information you passed on.

Suntrust collections keeps calling and hanging up as I answer the phone. Called them back to find out why they are calling our PLACE OF BUSINESS and hanging up? Gave 'em my tele # and was told, "your # is not in our data base". OK then, well that makes it all better! Now I totally understand why they keep calling and hanging up, lol. Idiots--of course our # is not in their database. We don't owe them anything! Geezzz, So maybe they'll call again tomorrow and tie up our phone lines yet again, causing us to miss CUSTOMER calls coming in to our business.
What kind of country do we live in where this kind of behavior is tolerated?

RECEIVED 3 CALLS IN 30 MINUTES PERIOD FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS (804 319-1962,  800 828-7959).  ASKED ME WHY WAS I LATE WITH MY CAR LOAN PAYMENT. AFTER IDENTIFYING MYSELF AND ASKING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT MY WORK PLACE, TELEPHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESS, ETC, ETC., THEN I REALIZED MY PAYMENT WAS NOT DUE UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER. I ASKED WHY WERE THEY CALLING ME IF MY PAYMENT WAS NOT DUE YET, THE GUY COULD NOT ANSWER ME AND TRIED TO APOLIGIZE.  THAT BANK SUCKS.  NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THAT F****NG BANK.

WHY DO THEY CALL WHEN YOU ALREADY PAID? WHY DO THEY CALL WHEN YOU HAVE VERIFIED THAT THE LOAN HAS BEEN PAID OFF? WHY DO THEY CALL WHEN YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH AT LEAST THREE PEOPLE ABOUT IT AND NEVER ONCE BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT AND EVEN PAID THE FREAKIN THING OFF?

TODAY WAS THE THIRD TIME MY DH HAD TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AT SUNTRUST ABOUT OUR CAR LOAN

WE SOLD OUR CAR AND WE TOLD THEM WE WERE SELLING IT WHEN THEY FIRST CONTACTED US AND THE AGENT WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT A NOTE IN OUR RECORD THAT IT WAS BEING SOLD

WE SOLD THE CAR ON THE ELEVENTH OF SEPTEMBER AND THE LOAN GOT PAID IN FULL

SO WHY DID I GET A PHONE CALL TODAY AND A LETTER FROM THEM SAYING THAT WE STILL OWED THEM MONEY

Called my cell at 2:30 pm, 25 Sep 2009.  ID showed only the number, no names.  I do not answer 800 or unknown calls, cell or land line.  I did file a FCC Form 1088 on the call.  Please file a 1088 on all these calls.  That may be the only way to reduce the numbers.

This call is coming from Suntrust Bank.  Why they do not leave a message is beyond me.  But that is who it is.

Worst Bank and Customer Service. NEVER do business with them. You will be sorry.They call you 4-5 times a day even when you make all your payments on time. Amazing

I have advised them never to call me again as I make my payments each and every month. They told me I was late and they were attempting to collect on a past due bill. I am never late and yet they use such ugly methods and they are so stupid that they have to read it to me. I will submit this to the appropriate channels and hopefully they will respond to them to keep them from being such A**h*le*.

I still believe that they should use better tactics and instead of treating their customers like trash they should reconsider as they took the loan to draw interest and if they use charges to gain like a loan shark then they are and should be jailed for theft. What gives them the right to turn around and charge these hidden charges like a snake in the grass. Has this country really gone to hell or are they owned by the taliban.

They say it is Suntrust Bank, they repeatedly called us asking for social security numbers because there is a problem with some gay business card problems.
Well my parents do own two restaurants large ones.
But asking for social security was way over.
My parents rarely speak English and cannot speak much, and if they said yes, we prob got screwed.
I am so [***] angry at their daily call. Now I understand that this is not Suntrust, I am gonna throw some interesting questions to them.

M: Why do you need social security number?
O: It is for Suntrust bank.
M: What?
O: Business (Now getting kinda buzzy hard to understand what she is saying) ..... social security number please.
M: Excuse me? May I have your phone number?
O: 1-800-828-7959
M: Oh ok. But I still see why I have to give social security through phone. Isn't this illegal? or can't you guys send me a mail to us?
O: (talks to other person near.. or something murmurs something ..)
O: *Hangs off*

Forgot to add.
I asked for that person's name. Then she froze for a moment (Why freeze for moment? lol hmm..?) then said some odd name I forgot.
