Recieved a call from this number today regarding my wife's medical bills that were paid in full last year. Followed up by calling my doctor's office and they claim they do not do business with any collections agency named Ted Lee. Surprised to see this has been going on for this many years from the same number and it hasn't been shut down.

Got a call from this company yesterday and again today.  The woman that called today was threatening.  

Did my own research and found the true identity of these scammers.

They call me constantly and ask for Kevin Green.  I have repeatedly called them back and told them there is no Kevin Green here and never has been, that this is a Magicjack telephone number and perhaps he had this number once.  I told them if they continue with these calls, I will report them;  they stop for a few weeks and start calling again!  This has been going on for over a year now!
I wish I knew where to report them to!

Out of the blue I received a call from these people to my husband who passed away in 2009, I called them back and asked what debt because I didn't owe anyone anything.  The rude woman said it is a bill from 2008 for a medical bill that wasn't covered by insurance for $73.  I told her I would like a letter showing what it was for as I have paid all the medical bills from that time, she replied "look lady, we're not sending you anything are you going to pay it or not!" I said I don't know what it's for, she said "ARE YOU GOING TO PAY IT OR NOT!"  I got so mad I said "no, I am not!" and she hung up on me.

I received these messages and called back and they do not call me back and have yet to physically talk to someone.  So I researched the number and business info Doctors Business Systems @ 561-588-4598 and Ted Lee @ 800-841-3520 and submitted a complaint to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/,  Should I get a call or every get a chance to actually speak to someone, I will give them my FTC Complaint # and let them take it from there.  I do not have any medical bills in collections.  They have all been paid by my insurance company, so I'm sure they just got hold of information (identity theft) and trying to cash in on it. Becareful everyone, there is resources out there to protect you.  Just take the time to file them.  This is not my first bout of identity theft. As soon as I get a call or email that I am leery of the file a complaint. For internet crime and scams contact FBI Internet Crimes, http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams and file a complaint. Then a funny thing happens I stop receiving those emails and phone calls.  Good luck and be safe.

Dirt bags keep calling all hours of day/night/weekend and trying to collect on medical debts that were discharged in a bankruptcy. How low can you go?!

I received a call from this number also.  My husband and I were in a critical accident in 2003, luckly we had great insurance and most of the bills were paid.  This Woman "Sarah" told me I owed $450.00 to a Radiology group.  She asked me to give her my credit card information so she can resolve the debt,  I was reluctant since I have never received a bill from them so I requested she fax me a statement she hung up the phone.  Sounds like a scam to me!

You must work for this company... I called the BBB and there are several investigations into this company for harassement.  I know I do not owe them and never have they been polite... on several occasions they have hung up on me when I dispute the debt.

I received a letter from Collection Information Bureau, Inc. today.  When I called this first time to inquire about this debt they told me it was a medical debt from March 2010.  I then called the medical office themselves to inquire about this so called debt.  The billing department could not find any outstanding balance and forwarded my concern to a supervisor.  While I waited for a call back I read over the letter again and noticed that the letter was addressed to my maiden name, a name that I haven't used in over 6 years.  I called the collection agency back again and this time I was told the debt was from March 28, 2011.  Moments later I received a call from the medical office who told me that I have no balance with their office and that they do not know why I would be contacted by any collection agency.  They also said that they only have my current married name on file.  I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general.  SCAM!

They cannot talk to you like that...I had a colection agency talk to me that way...I reorted this to a local law office...they took the case and sued them for $5000.00....guess they wont do that again!!!
You dont have to take that from them,,,you may owe money, but they cant treat you that way....

I just got a call  from 800 841-3520 telling me it was a Collecting Agency.They told me I had an outstanding Bill at Delray Hospital and I have to pay. The reasaon my address wasn't  correctly on the envelope of the Bill was the answer to my question why  I never recieved one.I also was told it would go on my credit report if I did no pay the bill. I was asked to pay it over the phone, I told them no, my secondary Insurance had to take care of it.  
I checked with the Medical center Billing departement, they had nothing on file.
when I called back to tell them I have reportet them to the police, I was asked why I would do such thing after all Medicare was checking up on me !!!!

I will report them to the Phone Company for fraud and because they used my unlisted number....

I live in FloriDUH too and get these kind of nasty responses when I tell them that this debt is beyond the SOL.  These bottom feeders buy up the 15-20 year old debts for pennies on the dollar and then harass the he11 out of you.  I'm sick of dealing with these azzwholes.

I just received my credit repor & they hve me oweing $717, never heard from them r they still in busines
