I don't have a home mortgage, so I have no clue why they are calling me, but it's getting old

This number has been calling at least twice per day of not more. Make ithe stop already.

I am the Director at a child care center, and I receive at least one call from this number every day.  I stop what I am doing, to answer the call, only to be hung up on every single time.  When I try to call it back, to ask that the calls stop, all I get is more automated messages.  After waiting through these three times, they finally say 'goodbye', and the call ends.  There seems to be no way to speak to a human, and ask why we keep getting these very irritating hang-up calls.  I just tried again, to no avail.  It's really becoming annoying, because there is never anyone there.....just a click and a hang up.

Their record continues to call me thru my mobile without representative but no answer on time. it was scam or hoax calling to request my SSN or Account mortgage as I called Chase Collection Department that they aware those damn phone number as scam. They were searching those number connecting their legal as they would catch those terrorism as criminal.

I am in shock at Chase using this number calling me about my house payment that isn't even late.  She asked when it will be paid and I told her the 14th because I had until the 15th for late charges.  I think Chase is harassing people un-necessarily which I'm upset about because I've banked with Chase forever!

Calls every few days. I have this number blocked so it goes directly to vm, but it's so annoying. Today I had an empty vm from them.

I am getting spammed at my office with this number - I had to look it up to see who it was.  I see others saying this is Chase Mortgage Collections.  Here's the irony - I work at Chase.  I have no Chase mortgage or accounts.  I don't know who this is or who is calling, we don't even have internal voicemail accounts.  I also have never given out my work number, we don't even use them internally (we have call in conference numbers) and even after all this time I don't know my own number.  To suddenly get these weird calls is really odd.  If it was an internal chase number, I'd see the name of who was calling me and their extension, not this 800 number.  Weird.  I saw someone else say they have a letter from 3415 Vision Drive - that is the Easton chase building in Columbus Ohio and they do house some of that over there.  I am in the building next door, 3401 Vision Drive, and it still comes up as this 800 number.  Ok, I guess I've said it enough times now - it's just weird.  I have 23 calls just yesterday from this number that kept calling even while I was in training, other meetings, other calls, etc, all the way up until 7:59pm after I left for the day.

We've been receiving calls from this number almost daily for about a month.  We've been ignoring them, but decided to answer this afternoon.  The caller asked for a relative who doesn't live at our address.  I suspect they got our number by doing a skip trace.  Probably collections.

This is a scam.  Block the number.

I received a call from 877-496-3138.  The reason I am filing this here is because during a conversation with the person on the phone, they eventually gave me this number, 800-848-9380 as the call back number, but not the first one they gave me.  See story below.

Indian Accented Man "Michael" , claiming to be from Chase, asked for specific person, suspecting it was a scam. I  asked if I could leave a message for the person they were trying to reach.  He told me to have them  call 866-282-5682.  When I mentioned that he number he provided didn't match caller ID,  he gave me ANOTHER #, 800-848-9380 ; which I know is the generic Chase #.   Lastly, I confirmed with him that the person they were trying to reach should not call back the number on Caller ID, he confirmed.

Are scammers attempting to get people to give out personal info over the phone by claiming to be with Chase?  But when they think the person may be on to them, they abort the scam and give the REAL Chase number?  Once user on 800Notes.com said they confirmed with Chase that this number is a scam.

Then why are you on a phone number look-up site? You obviously know who called so what would be the point of looking up the phone number?

They call all day and night every day.  I am registered on the Do Not Call list.  I heard anyone calling a number on do not call list is fined.

It is not chase

I think they make their overseas number look just like the chase number. I also think they tell you it is chase. It is a scam.
