Maybe it's not an 'illegal' scam, but they obviously have absolutely no concept of timing when it came to sending me a solicitation for my brand new vehicle. Because of that, I have no confidence they are any better than the general Vehicle extended warranty FINAL expiration notices we all receive based on sloppy public records inquiries, and lame junk mailings.

When you receive notices or calls like this and they don't identify their own company name, address, or email, why should anyone want to call them? It's apparent they don't want you to find them, they just want you to send them money. Are they a proud brand, or too coward to be visible? Why is that, you say?

Pretty sure it's spam. They send constant letters pretending as if it's mandatory to get their coverage without mentioning who they are

Received a letter claiming my coverage was expired. Mileage is 225k. BUT they were so nice an illegitimate they were going to extend my warranty for 5 years/100k miles for $250 a month no questions asked.😂

Fake company trying to scam us. Their letter has basic facts correct, but overall is a lie. They are fishing for suckers.

Just another scam. No official company name on the letter and no address not even an email address. Lol yeah the warranty is about to expire on a week old car

To this day, I am still getting similar emails, I traced this phone number online, and saw your message, and I was sure it was a scam!

Exact letter arrived today for me.

I received a letter today. It is to my address, but not in my name, which is a little concerning. I buy that it is spam, but has anybody else gotten one of these letters to their address for a name of somebody who does not live there?

Junk mail is sent out to thousands daily from a database and it is not uncommon to get names and addresses mixed up. I always write "return to sender, wrong address" on any mail that comes to my address for someone else.

Letter in mail with no company name and vague statements, plus generic name and signature. Searched phone number and it's spam. Trash.

Glad I looked this up before calling. I bought a warranty on my car after the lease was up when I decided to buy it. I thought this might be that but thought again and looked up the number. Will be calling my dealer just in case to make sure my policy is effective!

I received the letter today and i noticed that the Re wasnt even a car that i own. Totally fake doesnt even say where they are from. I got my car from Carmax if there was an issue itd be sign more officially be aware of SCAM. Laughing at it and throwing in trash

I just bought a car 4 months ago and I got a letter saying the warranty was about to expire.  It's a brand new car.  The letter is a joke.

No “Auto Co” is on the letter at all, car is brand new, less than 30 days, letter states it is urgent I call within 5 days to activate my Service Vehicle Contract or I will be liable for any and all repairs

I received a similar notice requested a couple times to call to 1-800-851-0673 with Vin and current mileage before 01/26/23 ... signed by Richard Thomas/ Program Coordinator...it is definitely a spam.
another one I received for February 2016 Honda Civic (vehicle I don't own) as a final notice with a Registration Fee Voucher of $199.00, this time to call to 1888-413-6075. Be careful!

Received a notice in the  mail, requesting that I call within 5 days to keep my eligibility to renew my owner's warranty on a vehicle I have NEVER OWNED! And to be clear, it was a letter mailed to me that I received, not a phone call. Though they identified a vehicle they thought I owned, they also requested my VIN and current mileage. By giving them a VIN, they would end up with my personal identity on file with the State in which I live.  NO THANK YOU !  I tossed the letter, and I'm not calling.

Sent me the Final Notice letter, with a number to call.  Asked to all the standard information, which they should have if they were legit.  I gave them the standard stuff, and then they asked for cash which is another tip off that they are scammers

They've called  the house phone numerous times and now they're sending mail with almost the exact same message. I know it's an absolute scam because A. They use online name I use, not my actual name, B. I've never had a warranty on any of my cars, and C. They didn't put a model, just the make. Official warranty companies usually do notify you via mail that has year, make, and model.

This is an attempt to trick you into giving them your personal info. Throw it into the “circular file”

They didn't call me. I was curious and called then. I had Google the number and just wanted to see. I read the reviews. I had just purchased my vehicle and I told him I was going to check with the dealership. My vehicle is a 2006 Jeep. What warranty. It's old
