- AnnoyedI'm constantly receiving phone calls and letters from these people. The letter looks official but doesn't state whom it's from. Just signed Richard Thomas and says to call regarding my vehicle service contract. I have an extended warranty through Ford so why would I call these people. Funny how the letter says final attempt on top, then in the letter it says it may be their only attempt. Obviously this is a scam. They won't be getting a call from me!!!

- Devon MendezVehicle Services Division 2023 - Richard Thomas Program Coordinator (on letter in mail) 800-851-0637. New vehicle, less than 1 month old. "FINAL NOTICE" "THIS MAY BE OUR ONLY ATTEMPT" - These scammers want $165 to "activate" and $159/month for 2 years. Amazing scam. When I find out where they got the data, I'll dance on their graves.

- j. l.Same phone number (1-800-851-0673) listed on a 'warranty final notice' claim sent to me in the postal mail system. The only possible name to go by is at the top of the letter and it is 'Vehicle Services Division' and 'Private & Confidential' with a 'barcode' image under the name. I sent a photo of this letter to my car salesman and he was able to verify it is a fake notice and did not come from the dealership I bought my car at. I am filing a notice to the Better Business Bureau about this.
- Caller: no call, no name 'Vehicle Services Division' is at the top of the letter.

- TheAnonymousOneNumber appeared on a letter that came in the mail, with "2024 Final Notice" at the top. The letter claims that I have not contacted them about the vehicle service contract (VSC) on my car (I just bought it a month ago) and that I am receiving this notice because the factory warranty has expired (or is about to expire). They also claim that if I don't activate said coverage that I would be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after the factory warranty expires (I would have to pay for repairs myself, out-of-pocket) and that I may still have time to activate said coverage before it's too late and that final acceptance is subject to meeting eligibility requirements (it says further down that they reserve the right to revoke eligibility for coverage if I do not meet their criteria). They stated that this may be their only attempt to get in contact with me about activating said VSC., and that I am to call within 5 days to ensure eligibility. Letter signed by Richard Thomas, program coordinator. No company name was mentioned, but "Vehicle Services Division" was mentioned at the top of the letter.
