What’s funny is my daughter received a letter from them in regards to her 2016 car and she never owned a 2016. She had a 2013 of the same make that they listed. I know it’s junk mail but I got a kick out of the fact that they tried sooooo hard to be legitimate lol

Vehicle warranty SCAM

Number appeared on a letter in the mail, claiming that my father had not contacted them regarding the vehicle service contract (VSC) for his new truck (he just bought it recently), saying that the warranty had expired or was about to expire and was asked to call the above number with VIN and current mileage. The letter went into the usual spiel these companies go into, 'neglecting to activate coverage puts you at risk for being financially liable for repairs', 'still have time to activate coverage before its too late', yada yada yada, etc. The letter claims that this was possibly the only attempt to make contact and that he had 5 days to call to ensure eligibility (although a deadline of March 13 was also listed).

No clear company name was given but the letter was signed by a "Richard Thomas, Program Coordinator".

Got a letter stating that my 2023 Highlander, which I bought brand new three weeks ago, no longer has a warranty...haha!

I got same letter, I bought a brand new Subaru and they sent this letter in less than 3weeks from purchase. And it's a new vehicle. Warranty has a long way to go.

Scam, says your warranty is about yo expire. I just bought this brand new car  so this letter was such bs.

Claiming to be from Vehicle Services Division wanting you to give the vin number to your vehicle and mileage. In the letter it has the year and make of your vehicle just not the vin number or mileage. Letter states finale notice and regarding the vehicle service contract said factory warranty has expired or may be about to expire.

letter from this company telling me that the servicontract was about to expire on a totally NEW CAR but NOT from the dealer. calling the dealer tomorrow to find out what this means but as far as I am concerned this is a SPAM

Received a letter that the warranty on my 2023 TrailBlazer had expired or was about to expire and that I should contact them immediately.  Interesting as I've had the car for 45 days and have put a grand total of 400 miles on it.  Can't believe they waste their money sending out letters like this.

Keeps sending letters about expiring warranty. My name is incorrect and it lists a vehicle I never owned. Already called once to take me off their mailing list, to no avail.

Received a letter, claiming that my factory warranty has expired. That I still had time left to activate coverage on my vehicle before it's too late. Even though I have 7 years of coverage. Be aware and don't fall for it.
