They called knowing all of my personal info but wouldn’t tell me who they were. I hung up. They called back the next 2 days leaving silent voicemails, so i blocked them.

Collection agency calling an office with the phone coming up as Linda Callanan and starts into a recording as soon as the phone is picked up.

They also called my mom from 1-800-852-0411

They keep calling and calling my cell number and asking for my mother. I ask what it is in reference to and they say it’s a personal matter. I tell them I am her POA and they say I need to submit a letter in writing to them to identify before they tell me what they are calling about. I said well ok then. Bye.

Yes, that would be true.  The debt collection company name has been mentioned many times in here and it is not Sargon.

Received multiple robo calls from this number claiming to be a debt collector. Mentioned a medical lab debt from 2019. When I said I have no debts and that I have not received an invoice from the lab company, he said they "might have the wrong address or something." Very suspicious.

They called and left a broken message.  I do not have any unpaid bills.  I do not know why they are calling.  I'm not calling back

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.  If and when you get that letter you should immediately send that debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.

Aargon, as everyone else has said. As soon as they started calling, I started getting calls from unknown numbers that doesn’t say anything or leave a message.

Called this morning showing the name of Linda Callahan, yet number showing as an 800 number.
Thought it weird, let it go to voicemail, the message they left was one short beep.
It is now blocked.

Apparently this is a debt collector using fake names and harassment. And they’ve been getting away with this for over a decade.
How are they still in business? Why haven’t they been sued and fined?

No it is not Argon which is a gas used in neon lighting.  The FCC has absolutely no jurisdiction over debt collectors and the FTC does not accept debt collection complaints anymore.  I already had listed the State AG's.  Your attempt to mislead people is pathetic as is your continued use of changing screen names every time you make one of your lame posts.
