Traced this number to 20/20 Financial Consulting. They offer tax debt help.

Overbearing and rude guy named Richard O'Brien continued to harrass even after I politely asked to be removed from his call list.  So I reported 20/20 to FCC.

Left Message on my brothers answering machine about some greta news with help on my state tax. I don't owe any state taxes.

We also received repeated calls from "Richard O'Brien" who reported that he had good news about the "Lien".  I told him I was the company accountant and that there was no Lien... He was rude, refused to give me any information.  Fraudulent call.

Don't bother talking to him.... he is just a Sales guy trying to get your attention!

Aggressive, rude, and sleezy. All the signs of a scammer.

Received repeated calls from a Jason Erbes from 20/20 Financial saying he has good news regarding my tax debt.  Problem is, we don't have tax debt.  Sleezy, smarmy [***].

Got a call today from Mark Amos... also not the nicest guy and we also don't have a tax lien that he wanted to help us with.  Hmmm...

Got a call from Richard O'Brian.  Told him owner out of office he said to leave a message to have owner call him about his Federal Tax Matter.  Gave 1 (800) 880-7318 EXT 107 as a call back number.  Thank gosh I answered the phone being the Office Mgr.  I KNOW there is no Federal Tax Matter but what if this was answered by a receptionist.  Boy, talk about bad morale! Glad I could nip that in the @#$%%!

Glad to know about this forum. I got two calls, and suspected either a scam or sleezy telemarketing.

The phone message from "Rachel" basically sounds like some official governmental agency who needs to talk to the person taking care of taxes. She speaks so fast and brings up "tax", "organization" and other buzz words to make you feel, like "oh, man, I'd better call right away".

A Leo Baker has called our office twice in the past 2 weeks & once today.  When I had mentioned to him that I have given the previous messages to my boss, the tone in his voice turned to anger & he wanted to know why she had not called him back. Hell, she is MY boss not the other way around and if she doesn't want to call you back, OH WELL!!!! These people need to get a life. I hope now one falls for this scam.

As other noted call from 800-8807318 x 120, stating name as ?? Stein at 20/20, and had good news about a tax matter. Won't bother calling. What a scam!

I got a similiar (unsolicited) call from a person going by the name of Hector Kasanova with 20/20 financial.

Left repeated messages on my business line about state taxes. I don't owe any state taxes, nor do they owe me! I am very comfortable with my accountant. As far as I know, she doesn't need to make cold calls!  SCAM Reported them.

My mother got a similar phone call regarding my LLC that allegedly had a lein placed on it for over $10,000. I have no such debt. The sales persons name is Jason - 888-880-7318. x164  What a scam.

Received a call from Ken Arguello of 20/20 Financial - 800-880-7318 x189.  He asked for the owners of the company regarding a federal tax matter.  He was nice up until I told him our owners will not respond to cold calls.  He then got aggressive telling me this is not a cold call and asking if I knew what a cold call was.  I've been in technology sales for 15 years...I know what a cold call is.  In the end he asked me to forward his message to the owners...it's been forwarded to my trash can.

Two days stratight - we have no tax debt - they don't give up!! will report to the fcc if they continue to call.  I guess everyone's desparate for $$ in this economical hard times..... Don't fall for it.

Gentleman named Leo Baker called and said "Are you the owner" and when I said no he said it was very important that he talked to him immediately and what was his cell number.  After I wouldn't give it to him he gave me the number and said he was from 20/20.  He wasn't rude but rather forceful.

man named rocky called our office, asked for "the owner". said he was from 20/20, i said "20/20, the news program?" he said "TWENTY SLASH TWENTY" i took his number and he said it was about a tax matter and asked what time we close. it seemed sketchy so i did a quick search..baboom! ugh, i'm sure he will call again, next time i'll make him aware that nobody wants to hear their crap!

this guy leo baker call the office asking to speak with the owner, he was very rude. dont listen to him.
