Scam notice came to the house with the first sentence stating:  As you are probably aware, a Federal Tax Lien was filed against your assests on August 27, 2014.  I called IRS and they let me know that if there was any type of lien, I would have been notified FIRST.  Please do not fall into the slimey world of SCAM!  

They called about a state tax issue. They knew my address, so they are looking them up.
Here's the thing. No worries, whatsoever. They call and hang up now. They are obviously scammers. No worrries. Tell 'em to hit the bricks.

Spread the message on twitter, youtube comments, craigslist for sale, activies, anything. Make it really clear to whoever looks up there 2020 20/20 720-974-9246 7209749246 that it is a scam.

I received a call from Randy Cullian at 20/20. He asked for the owner. I advised that the owner would be out all week and asked what the call was regarding. He advised that they were a company of fully licensed tax & IRS agents and he needed to speak with the owner regarding an important filing that took place on the 19th. I asked him which state this was regarding and he was very uncertain - said he assumed it was Florida but was not sure. I told him he would most likely need to speak with the office manager if it was in regards to taxes and he insisted that he needed to talk with the owner. He was very difficult to hear and actually asked that I contact the owner and ask him to call TODAY as it was very important. I would not give him the owners name. He obviously is BS and has no business speaking with anyone here. The return number he gave me is 800-880-7318 x289.

This company (20/20) is obviously trolling public records for tax liens filed, then hiring low-paid commission-based telemarketers using Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt to try and reel in some poor sucker into paying them thousands of dollars for a situation which could just as easily be resolved by yourself, or with a reputable, local tax attorney.  Best to block and/or ignore these turkeys

I have been receiving calls two day straight from this #1-800-880-7318 asking for the owner of the company. When i asked what is in refference to he said reguarding past due tax. I know this call is a scam, but i'd still forwarded to the owner of the company, and i'd told him it's a scam.

got a message from this # saying they needed to talk to the owner for confidential matters and i asked witch owner and they said they had no name for me because its confidential... Ha!

They must be searching public county databases as I am aware of my tax debt and already have an installment agreement in place until the offer in compromise comes through.  Someone calls me today and says I know about your tax lien, knows my name & I ask how they got my number -- they called a back landline - used for faxes (i.e. no one calls me on this line).  I thought very unprofessional as I was not even aware of the lien being filed yet - also very suspicious.  Then he tries to use a scare tactic and notes it's on your property - that's the funny part, as I own none and this is only a mailing address (not my residence)  I told him I already have an accountant who will handle the issue.  He tells me well take my number, you will need it --- I'm blocking this number now.  thanks all!

Oh please. You guys are bottom feeders. I've never had a tax issue in my life yet you people insist that I have a lein. It's amazing because I was never served with anything.

Was called 3 times in 2 days. I’m an accountant and financial analyst. I do my own taxes. I was on the phone with the IRS a week ago. I think they would have mentioned any issues

20/20 Tax Resolution starts by making a statement on a cold call, refusing to properly identify the entity name until you press the caller with a great deal of force.  Then this entity's telemarketing scammer tries to "friend" you by offering to advocate your tax matter on your behalf.  20/20 Tax Resolution are crooked scammers.  If you refuse to sign onto its scam, this entity will continue to robocall you as a form of harassment.  The executive team on its website is made up of common crooks.

This crooked entity is now operating as "20/20 Tax Resolution" and continuing the same and other scams.  Anything that you can do to get these crooks behind bars would be great.
