A guy calling himself Manno Stein with 20/20 at 1-800-880-7318 called asking for the owner..also said regarding good Federal tax news. he sounded very shady...even though the owner was available I never transferred him. what a dirtbag.

This guy has called our office twice in the past two days, also asking for the "owner."  He told me yesterday they were a collection agency, so right then I knew he was scum.  Glad to see my instincts were correct.

Received multiple calls always asking for my boss. He has his name unfortunately. I have the type of boss that doesn't tend to take calls from actual customers and business partners, let alone a slimy solicitor. It's hard enough running the office and being the "gatekeeper" without extra phone call volume.
I don't know how anyone could do a job like that

Guy named Menno Stein called my office for the owner on 2-24-2010. Said from 2020 company. Left number 1-800-880-7318 x 120 said federal tax matter glad you have this site available.

Received a called from Amy Sheldon ext. 286 about "great news regarding state tax"

I am the customer service representative at 20/20 Tax Resolution.  After finding these posts, I would like to address some of the concerns voiced here.   We adhere to all FCC and Do Not Call requirements.  Additionally, it is company policy that no employee here is to be rude, crass or in any way disrespectful to a potential client.  If an employee has acted in a manner that is not consistent with our policy, he or she will face swift disciplinary action.  If you have been contacted by us and feel an employee of 20/20 has not acted in a professional manner, I urge you to contact me at (800) 880-7318, extension 106

This company does not adher to the Do Not Call Registry requirements. They were calling my business number repeatedly, then started calling my cell number, because I leave on my voicemail.

I told them not to call either number twice. When I tried to get the first caller off the phone, she passed me to another person that was rude. I will submit a complaint today, I received another call from 720 974-9232 asking me to call the above listed 800 number.

They call so many times and they said they call from Florida State Tax, asking for the owner

I received a call regarding a lien placed.. advised him it had been taken care of.. he told me it was not.. he doesn't know what we've done... owner advised to just hang up.. he called back and I told him again that it had been taken care of... told me I was rude and that I should listen..

They call and want to speak to the owner. Wont say what it is about. I said we are not interested and hang up. They call back! Obnoxious slime!

In the past 2 days, I have received at least 10 calls from Keene Monahan there.. I have told him repeatedly that it has been taken care of and "please do not call again" ... he has repeatedly called back telling me that I don't understand... it is very important.. I know what it is and has been taken care of.. I have hung up on him several times .. only to receive another call from him telling me that I am rude and we (our company) will be out of busines because of my attitude..

The last call today I got told him the same thing and also advised he would be reported.. he then proceeded to tell me that the government will be getting the property and good luck..

I reported him to a supervisor at 20/20 (Jessie Bond).. he advised me that I was correct that after one "do not call back" and to remove me, I should never have contacted again..

Jessie said he would have longggg talk about "his" attitude and repeated return calls

Got a call from Richard O'Brien who said he was with 20 20 and needed to speak with the owner because he had good news regarding a federal tax matter.  I asked him if he was with the IRS (knowing better, of course) he said no.  I asked him for specifics about the tax matter.  He said it was with a tax matter from July 27 (yesterday).  I told him I would need more info before the owner would return his call.  He got really obnoxious at this point and I hung up on him.  He left the return number 1-800-880-7318 extension 107.

Mendy Hart from the same number implied that she was involved with the IRS. She became immediately rude when questioned. Cold Day in You Know Where if she gets through to the owner!

I keep getting the same calls also from a Sarah regarding my federal tax matter and she had some good news for me. She leaves her 800- 880-7318 for me to call but my caller ID screen says 720-974-9232.  Keep calling Sarah! - Thank goodness for caller ID!

I just received a call from Edward Gonzalez at 20/20 Financial, he said that my company has a 20K tax lien against it, and that my boss needed to call him right away.  He told me to call him back at 1-800-880-7318, Ext 146......  what a %^&$#@^ bag

2020 is a fraudulent SCAM.

Keep ALL written correspondence, and keep phone notes of conversations.  Then forward to IRS-CID.

Our business received a voicemail yesterday from Kevin Omelia of 20/20, "about a federal tax matter."  Since we have no tax issues, we disregarded the call.  He called again @ 7 AM this morning, asking if we ever checked our voicemails and wanted to speak to the owner.  I told him the owner was unavailable and with more details about his inquiry I would pass his message on to the owner.  Then he said sniffily, "It's a 941 matter.  Do you know what 941 is?  Withholding taxes.  Just have him call me @ 1-800-880-7318 x134."  His call came from 720-974-9232 (Denver, CO).  I'm so thankful for this site and the internet, because this call wreaked of scam.  It's wonderful to be able to find out about this company and how others have dealt with them.

We been receiving at least one call per day from Joseph Martinez from the same phone number x 286. He would not stop calling. What can I do to make him stop?
