- Spam Busting| 1 replyMy sick, elderly mom is on the Do Not Call list. They Robo call constantly to hound her with "an important message" that usually turns out to be a Sales pitch. They have been told to stop. They have been reported. The calls keep coming. Where is the FCC? Why is this unenforceable? Enough!!
- Caller: Time Warner Cable
- Ihate TWCRobo Calls as early as 7:30am and as late as 9:30pm. and all times between, several times a day. Keeps on Robo asking if I want to cancel their repair technician. Not legal, harassment, told them to stop, reported to FCC, keeps happening.
- Caller: Time Warner Cable
- stampschick replies to MWCUSKELLYIt wouldn't have lasted, though. They were trying to get you to keep the cable for a while, then they would jack up the price again.
- Rodney R. CulbertsonI will not answer unknown robocalls
- Rachel replies to MarkThank you!
- Bharat SanghviThey called even though my phone number is registered for DO NOT CALL.
- Caller: Do not know
- jgI did not answer my phone, but since everyone seems to think it TWC your right and the only time they call me is to do a survey after talking with a TWC on the phone or after they visit me to see how my experience went. Also the calls come over seas. They have a call center in the Phillippines Portorico, Jamacia etc. I was told by tech who came to my house that in the near future the call center will be people from USA the other countries will no longer help us. Also I told a guy 1 day how can you fix my cable and know what is wrong with it from any country out of USA he said by airwaves and satellite I said will those can be interrupted and you might say it not in this equipment or what ever. Can not wait till the bring there centers back in the USA.

- Josh burdette| 2 repliesIt is not time warner. It is credit card scammers. Called time warner and its not them.
- joeThe person that called left a message saying she is with Time Warner Cable and that they need to schedule a time for the maintenance department to come by to do some maintenance. I don't have Time Warner cable nor does Time Warner cable serve my area.
- Caller: Time Warner
- bk| 2 repliesTime Warner was out yesterday, and so I opted for them to call me when it was up and running. This was the number they called from. I'm suspecting a lot of horse manure in these posts, frankly. I think people have nothing better to do with their lives than make stuff up. This is a legit number for Time Warner and they're not trying to sell you anything.
- LeeThis was an automated call from Time Warner Cable reminding me of an appointment for a technician that is coming tomorrow. I Do have an appt for tomorrow with them.
- Caller: Time Warner Cable
- Call type: Event reminder
- MikeI received a return call from a Time Warner representative that said he could lower my bill after I had called earlier and complained that my bill had gone up so much that I could no longer afford it. He put me on hold and I finally disconnected after listening to weird music for 10 minutes. Time Warner has always been a pain in the ass when it comes to customer service (Where is it? India?) and I'm tired of being flooded with their offers via mail & TV commercials.

- MichaelThis was a valid message for me today. I have an appointment with a time warner tech today and it was calling to verify the time and details. NOT a scam.
- Caller: Time Warner cable
- Michael replies to Josh burdetteIt absolutely is Time Warner. They called me today from this number, it's an automated voice confirming that my service technician was coming and the details of what was supposed to happen.
- Michael replies to bkExactly! They called me today to confirm my service appointment.

- WhoCaresThe call is only for scheduled service technician; at least that is what mine was for.
- Caller: Time Warner Cable

- WhoCares replies to Josh burdette1-800 notes is for legitimate responses. Your response is careless and misleading to others at best.
- WhoCares replies to bkI agree with you and this 1-800-notes is a great service and can be rendered ineffective by some of these lies or perhaps "mistakes". I agree 100% with your comment. I just set an appointment today and received this reminder of the service request.
