Time Warner. I answered and they dropped my bill $30.00 for two years fixed and added phone!! Good # to answer!!

When you receive these telemarketing calls from TimeWarner, simply send them an e-mail REMOVE & your # - if we all start doing this, they will be bombarded with e-mails, a taste of their own medicine, and perhaps they will stop this annoying practice.  Worth a try folks!

I am on the do not call list and this number calls me and hangs up . very annoying

This is NOT time warner cable!!! It is a PHISHING SCAM!!! Do not ever give anyone your personal information.

Any one have any idea of how to stop these calls?

answer phone then quickly type 1010101010 ten times and hang up. This f's up their alg's and etechs and after you do this, usually 2-3 times, the calls will stop ;)

Time Warner calling my cell phone, too.   I already have their roadrunner, tv, and digital phone, etc.   If they continue to Pester me,  I will go back to AT&T where they have a Call Blocker service...  Something that time warner  is Lacking...

You should just block the number.  Easier.

This number calls me every day and I cant stop it.  When I answer the call there is noone on the line and it hangs up on me.  When I call the number back I get someone who knows nothing about it after I push a bunch of different numbers.  This is very annoying and I want it to stop now..

how annoying of Time Warner, even if you ask them not to call , they call thinking they're going to
sell something else. it is the MOST annoying company with their sales calls and long holds when
there is a problem with your service, that we've had in half a dozen states.  even the people you get
on the phone, calling them back, they're brusque and rude, so be sure to take names and ask for their
supervisor. the calls stop for a few days after that.

Constant calls almost every day, but all week long. Never anyone on the line and disconnects when I answered. I am a current customer of Time Warner and now that I found out it is THEM, I will no longer be a customer!!

yep, Time Warner yet again, three diff numbers they call from, so desperate to sell, and so sorry they can't remove your name from their contact list, that will "have to be done on the next call.' so i have them and all their numbers in my contact list as Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz or Xxxxxxxxxxx or Yyyyyyyyy
or SPAM so they're easy to click off!

Received multiple calls from this number. My number is on the Do Not Call list.

Looked on another forum and someone recommended to Call Time Warner BILLING Dept.  They have the ability to stop that call.   They can put the number (and email) associated with your account on the time warner no call/no email list.

I too get at least 3 calls from Time Warner a day..when I do answer no one on other end and when I don't no messges.  This is beyond irrating..enough to move to new cable provider if they don't get their act together.

I take the time to call to complain and get nothing but run around.  Can't get a supervisor as I get disconnected and their employee expects me to give them my Social Security Number!!!!!  

How do we make this stop????????????????????

I don't think this is Time Warner. Since I have Time Warner for Internet, they already have my info on file. More than likely this is a phishing call. No need to jump ship. Also, no need to give personal info. NEVER do that anyway. I've had these from "AT&T", "COMCAST", etc.

I missed 2 calls. I checked here and saw it was TW. I called them back and it is their customer service line. I asked to be taken off calling list and the man said no problem. I hope the calls stop.
