Time Warner calls and no one is there.  Annoying telemarketing calls.

Spectrum (formerly Time Warner) Telemarketing call. Hung up, left no message. Ignoring the Federal Do-Not-Call list.

Received a call from this number.  It appeared as "Spectrum" on my telephone screen.  Spectrum is the provider I use for cable/internet/telephone.  The recording said they could reduce my bill, which seemed suspicious.  I held for a representative.  I spoke with a "gentleman" with a heavy Indian accent, who asked me if I wanted to lower my bills.  I asked if he was with Spectrum, and he said he was.  He then asked me what my current bill was.  I asked him to pull up my account, since I was already with Spectrum.  He hung up.  I then placed a calll to Spectrum, and they confirmed my suspicions that this call was a scam.

My caller ID says SPAM?Spectrum.  A robo message was left on answering machine.  It does sound like something about Internet fees.

I forgot to mention I am not a customer.  I get my Internet service through my phone company which is not part of Spectrum.   To everyone who is getting this call an dis not a customer, you need to report them if you ar eon the federal Do Not Call list.  Or everyone call Spectrum and report it to them.

ID said "spectrum" . I called the number back and recording said was a old number that spectrum no longer uses.

Came in on Caller ID as Spectrum.  They have called many times. I answered this time out of curiosity.  Person didn't say where they were calling from or mention any name.  He said do you realize the the cost of phone, internet, and cable have gone down 50%.  That is when I hung up the phone.

This is not Spectrum.  This is a scam that preys mostly on senior citizens.  Don't give them any of your personal  or banking information, visit any links they send you or open any email messages they may try to send you.

Careful calling other people idiots because the idiot may end up being you.  I take it you've never heard of caller ID spoofing?  They can make calls appear as if they're coming from legitimate sources just to get you to answer the call.  The numbers they use are not intended to be called back.  It's only to look official and get you to answer the call so they can trick you into giving them your personal information.  This is known as phishing.  The scammers also visit sites like this and post under different aliases, basically to say this was a legitimate phone call.  Think about it, why would anyone look up a number on here if it is really a legitimate expected call?  I imagine most everyone wouldn't, I know I wouldn't.  These scams target mostly senior citizens because of a much greater likelihood of contacting someone with a diminished mental capacity due to their age.  The people that do this are the scum of the Earth.

WOW! 35+ pages of complaints about this number👀 that must be some kind of record! I don't know who it is (no message), but all these people seem to be saying it's Time Warner/Spectrum. What was strange, was when I went to leave a comment here, I wasn't about to read all 35 pages. I skipped ahead to page 34-35ish. Before I was sent to this page, a pop-up ad for Spectrum showed up! That was a little odd. I believe this is the first time I was called by this number (@ 7:50 in the morning!). Thankfully, my phone let me block it, unlike some other unfortunate people. Complaints going back to 2010 with this number connected with "Time Warner"? Someone needs to get their act together. SMH!
