i keep reporting them to the FTC. FTC still does not investigate them on a single basis, but they need a bulk of complaints.

under the law if they keep calling you. you are entitled to $400.00 for everytime they call after you explain they have the wrong number and to quit calling you.   keep records what day, time, and who you talked to and what company called you.also consider going on the gov do not call list.

if you do not owe any money tell them to quit calling or you will charge them $400.00 per phone call as allowed by law and keep records of each call

This caller has started calling everyday now.  Never leaves a message.  Caller ID shows this caller as "unavailable."  This caller is starting to annoy me; still don't know who it is.

I receive a call from this number twice a day at least 7 days a week. The robo stats that I have a call from an unknown caller, do you accept?  Just tell me who would accept a call from an unknown caller!!  Anyway, I called the number 18009001370 and actually spoke with a person, the company is called Pen Credit. I spoke with two of their agent they were polite and I provided them my name and number and they told me, that they are not calling me and that my name and number is not listed in their database.

Apparently, someone else is using their calling ID to make calls.

I reported this to the FCC and nothing ever happens, still I receive the calls daily, I ignore them.

This company calls me every other day. They ask for someone that has a name I cannot pronounce at all. They say if u are the person press 1,if the person lives here press 2, if the person lives here and cannot come to the phone now press 3. I always hang up. Today i answered it and pressed 1 and told the lady to please quit calling me. I said who are you? She would not tell me except to say it was personal business. I said for her to call the phone company and ask for my name ( I gave that to her) and they will give u my phone # and not sow in sows name. I cannot pronounce the name and quit calling me. She said she will remove my # so I will see . I am going to report it to the FTC because I have a blocked ( do not call ) # for solicitations and I pay my bills on time. So tired of this !

Received a call today at almost 9:00 p.m. from 800 900-1370; the caller ID identified this caller as "unavailable."  Well, so am I.  I am not answering calls to callers I don't know as I have no time for that.

Received a call from 800 900-1370 today.  I do not know who this is.  Caller ID referred this call as "unavailable."  It seems of late that I have been receiving a lot of unknown callers.  My number is on the DO NOT CALL list but somehow these callers get through.  I don't understand it.  This caller did not leave a message.  I feel like yanking my phone off the wall.  These people are making me sick with their never ending phone calls.

This number just called my in-laws who live in Florida asking for me when I live in California. I actually don't know my in-laws house number which they called. Anyways I called the number back and I got an answering machine saying " hello thank you for calling. We cannot take your call right now. Goodbye." What the heck? Who are these people? I've read it's a collection company for medical I haven't been to a doctor nor do I have one for 6 years.

Penn Credit is associated with an electric company in Pennsylvania. I know this because I lived in PA and when I left the state I didn't pay the last electric bill. Penn Credit sent me a letter saying they were trying to collect on the debt. They actually just called me. I didn't answer the phone, but searched the phone number online and wound up here.

OK just got a call from these people asking for my sister in a recorded message I have to assume that it is the same people mentioned earlier. There was no option for me to tell them to stop calling other than lying to them and saying that I'm her by pressing 1. If they want to get ahold of my sister and want me to help them using a recorded message will not get me to do that.

Get phone calls from this number weekly. Only thing is, each time the message is left, they use a different name. Have never called them back and never will.

Don't EVER give anyone information - if you say yes to anything they will take that as a confirmation to hound you even more!
